Cozy Ski-in/Ski-out condo at the Top of the World! Perfect place for year-around enjoyment at Snowshoe Mountain Resort! One bedroom, one bath condo sits on the second floor, overlooking gorgeous mountain views! You have the convenience of being slope side, and walking distance to mountain top shops and restaurants! Functional kitchen, cable TV, dishwasher, stove top/oven, toaster, coffee pot, coin operated washer/dryer just down the hall! Linens & towels included!
The space
This space adopted a Darwin’s Fox - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful endangered species! This is an older condo complex; however, the location of condo is amazing! To clarify, the space is meant to serve the purpose of being able to enjoy being in a fabulous location to "hang your hat", sleep, and provide some of the conveniences of home by having a small kitchen space!
Bottom level of Top of the World has a restaurant in winter season and snow ski lift tickets and equipment rental! Easy elevator access and luggage racks to transport your items up to your condo! Kitchen is outfitted with pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. to cook while on your mountain getaway! Comfy couch, living room chair, flat screen TV and high-top counter with stools! Coffee table is custom made by your host - if you have interest in custom made/live-edge furniture - let your host know!! Bathroom has shower/tub and Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed! Linens & Towels now included (1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout)! There is no air conditioner in the space however there are ceiling fans and portable fan.

You may use the coin-operated laundry facility just steps away down the hall from condo - bring your own detergent!

The whole condo is for your enjoyment in addition to coin operated washer and dryer down the hall! We are just a call or text away!
Hot tub Hours 4pm to 10 pm on Ground floor last door on the left before the rear exit! However, the hot tub may be closed by HOA at anytime and please note this is outside the control of your host.
Other things to note
You will notice a management fee added to your payout to cover the cost of state and local taxes.
Spring & Summer is considered off season and Snowshoe shops and restaurants are all closed; however, it makes for a great time to come and disconnect! You and the deer just might be the only ones on the Mountain - nearest open stores are only a short 10 min drive located at the base of the mountain.
