We had such a fantastic time staying at this property. The location and views are first-class, as was the responsiveness of the host. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole facility was quiet and felt private. Given previous reviews, I was expecting a "well-stocked" kitchen, but it was not the case unless you count salt and pepper and oil as "well-stocked." It was also a shame that the coastal path was closed, but this was no fault of the owner. Thank you for giving us such an amazing time. I highly recommend this property.

While we do provide some basic items such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil, we understand that guests may have different expectations of what a “well-stocked” kitchen includes, and we will continue to review ways we can enhance the guest experience. For any additional last-minute food items or specialty ingredients, guests also have the convenience of Foodland Princeville nearby. We’re sorry the coastal path was closed during your visit. Great location. Great view!! Well equipped kitchen! Really enjoyed it, but do know that AC would have made it that much nicer. Once you open all the windows the breeze definitely helps, but it did take some getting used to. Especially during the day. Overall a great place to stay. Fantastic beach below the unit. Definitely a challenging short / steep hike to get to it though.

Beautiful condo! We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful with stunning views. We loved everything about this spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated condo. We loved the location and how well maintained the condo, the entire condo complex, and surrounding area was. It was wonderful for our family of four! We hope to return!

Amazing views. Incredible to be able to walk to the beach. The pictures were accurate. Nicely appointed decor. Appliances worked. Could use update on refrigerator and dish washer. Microwave tray was missing. Loved the beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Quality linens. Everyone wants to come back. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

After locking ourselves out within 5 minutes of arrival, at 9pm, in the pouring rain, management sent someone with the key to let us in within 20 minutes. So very thankful.Condo is well appointed and very comfortable with tremendous views. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful access to great snorkeling

Wonderful place to stay. A little unfortunate having workers renovate upstairs of us. The beach was so close and amazing snorkeling!

Stunning views at Puu Poa

Overall we were thrilled with the condo and the spectacular views. Surfers and whales out in front of the condo every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Princeville vacation

Perfect home base for exploring the North shore and the island of Kauai for a week. Comfortable beds and amazing view of the ocean from this property. The provided beach chairs and towels were very nice, handy for relaxing on the beach.

Wonderful Stay

The property is at a very nice location in and neighborhood in Princeville. We enjoyed our stay watching the ocean. Cooking and spending time on the deck during the evenings..!! What else to ask for..!!

The location and view at this property was unbelievable. We loved watching the surfers each morning off our balcony at Hideaway beach and the proximity to the 1 Hotel’s coffee shop. The unit was spacious and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this Princeville property. The views from the lanai are absolutely stunning, and I was lucky enough to see whales multiple times while sitting outside, which made the experience incredibly special. The lanai quickly became my favorite place to spend time. It’s peaceful and perfectly positioned to take in the ocean views, the changing light, and the whales passing by. I found myself lingering out there often, just enjoying the quiet and the beauty of the North Shore.The setting feels very private and relaxing, and the Princeville location is great for exploring the area while still feeling tucked away. The space itself was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and settle in.Communication around check-in was smooth and easy, and the people helping with the property were very caring and responsive if anything was needed. Danielle, who came in to do some cleaning during my stay, was wonderful and added several thoughtful touches that made the space feel even more like home.The only small thing I would note is that the beds may be due for an update in the future. That said, everything else about the property was lovely and I truly enjoyed my time there.

Extraordinary Oceanfront Views

This place was outstanding! The views are amazing, of course -- even better than pictures can convey. We had everything we needed and the place was spotless. The surroundings were top-shelf. Very nice pool -- nothing over the top, just comfortable; the pool looks out over the ocean, too. All the residents, including a handful of kids, were quiet and respectful of others. We can't recommend it enough!
