Located in a great place. Not far from beaches, shopping, etc. Pool was clean and relaxing. Beach chairs/umbrellas a huge plus! Would recommend.

Really nice area. Really convent if you have children and they like to swim. Love the place and love the area. Only down fall was the main bedroom has no ac so be ready to sleep shirt less and in your underwear. Also house gets really humid so be ready for that also. Besides that it’s a beautiful home. Also be aware Gardner will come on Saturday morning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the area, and the swimming amenities for your family. For future guests, we’d like to note that many homes in Kauai, including ours, do not have A/C throughout the home. Kauai’s homes are generally designed to take advantage of the natural trade winds and ocean breezes, though humidity and warmer days can still occur. Regarding the gardener, landscaping is maintained regularly, but we don’t have a specific or guaranteed time for their visits, so guests may occasionally see them on the property during their stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again! Mahalo!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool and BBQ were awesome, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Bedding, fans, air-conditioning units, appliances, everything was clean, in good condition, and worked exactly as it should.Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the house and felt right at home. This is all the more exceptional considering a full day hunkered down during Hurricane Lala! Having such a comfortable, well-equipped place made an unusual vacation day surprisingly enjoyable!Communication with our hosts was excellent throughout our stay. It was clear, direct, friendly, and very prompt whenever we needed anything.Overall, the property lived up to everything advertised and then some. We had a wonderful family vacation and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Kauai. Five stars without hesitation!

Excellent Location

Wonderful home and the private pool made the trip. Had a ton of rain which made the beach a no go but the pool was amazing. Eclectic home with lots of little nooks and crannies. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

We were visiting the island for our mother’s funeral. We really enjoyed our stay & this house was the perfect vacation for my family. The beds were comfortable & clean, the kitchen had all the things we needed and the house had plenty of space for everyone to relax in peace. Loved the cute little geckos (I named one Rico) & the pool was amazing, kids had a blast.

This house was perfect for our group of 6! Each couple had their own room, and there was more than enough space. The kitchen was well-stocked, the area fans were appreciated, and we truly enjoyed our time at this home! We also enjoyed having access to beach chairs, the cooler, and snorkeling gear. We left a few items to be used by future renters. We didn't want to leave!

Great house

The house and pool were perfect for my family of 6. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything required to cook meals. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice.

Great spot on the north shore

The house met all of our expectations. The neighborhood is very quiet yet has everything you need. Hiking trails to a beach, a store, an excellent restaurant, smoothie shop and a Tiki bar all in walking distance. On our first day it was great after a five-hour flight and spending the afternoon exploring to be able to relax that evening with drinks in the pool. Would recommend this location highly.

Great place

Perfect for our family. Lots of room. PLEASE remember to use reef safe sunblock and DON’T stand on the coral. Be respectful to the island. The reef is almost completely dead.

Princeville Pool House

Excellent place to stay for a family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. Very comfortable accommodations. All appliances worked great. Didn't need to use the air conditioning units in the bedrooms as windows opened with the fans worked great. So nice to have a private pool with comfortable seating around it. Convenient location next to grocery shopping, shaved ice, ice cream, restaurants, beaches, Queens Bath and even mini golf. The communication and customer service with the rental agency was excellent. Also, really fun at night to find all the frogs in the backyard.

We loved the house! The pool was great after a day at the beach. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Lots of beach equipment for us to use; chairs, umbrellas, sand mats, cooler, boogie boards. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. A great stay!

Pool was fantastic, the house is in the middle of a neighborhood so it's very walkable for basic stuff at the princeville center. Not entirely sure how quiet you need to be during the day, as the guide does say to keep that to a reasonable volume or the association will fine you. We were a pretty laid back group so it wasn't a problem for us.

Wonderful house for multi-family use. Location easy for accessing the beach. Pool worked great for grandkids. Kitchen well stocked, Pool and beach accessories were plentiful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We all were very happy with the house. Thank you. Lynne

Hosts very responsive

Property managers were very prompt and attentive. Had to troubleshoot a couple issues and they did a great job of taking care of things. I feel like the property itself is a little overpriced, but maybe that’s just the way everything is now. Didn’t give that 5th star because I expected just a little more for what I paid for what was a premium vacation for my family. But overall, very good experience. Would recommend.

Kauai 22

I like the lived in feel. There is plenty of room for a large family or like my vaca I'm included my lifelong dear friends from California. Plenty of play with toys and the pool was handy. Could use some TLC but overall I was happy.

a little rough for the price

The property has a garage "studio apartment" that is like a college dorm room that isn't listed on the listing. It was nice to have another bed space, but also a bit of an odd layout to the house. Upon showing up at the property, our lock code provided didn't work, so we ended up "finding" another way in and it was later corrected when calling the property manager. The patio areas had a lot of algae/moss on the concrete, making it super slippery and dangerous in areas around the pool, outdoor shower and the trash cans. Really needs to be corrected before someone cracks their head open. The deck has a number of soft spots as well, i was concerned someone was going to break through the deck boards at some point - fortunately didn't happen. Its a weird layout of a place with a galley kitchen, no easily accessible shared bathroom for the main living areas, as well as the odd studio in the converted garage. Ice maker wasn't working, and there's a need for a deep cleaning inside and out. Overall it was a fine place to stay and we had fun, but the price being asked/what we paid is super high for what the place is.
