Very nice place a short drive from Thames street! We walked down there too as it was a nice day and it was a little over 20 minutes. Really the only downside is that there is only bathroom so if you have a group of 6 you have to coordinate that.

Perfect accommodations for a long weekend with friends

This property is even nicer than advertised. The loft space is very spacious and well suited for our group of four staying for a long weekend. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, and only a mile to town. I have family in the area and any time I go back, I will absolutely rebook this property.

Girl weekend

Spacious second floor unit. Everyone enjoyed the space and felt comfortable. Any concerns were addressed quickly by owner/manager. Would stay again if in area.

Girls weekend away

Property is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It perfectly slept our group in 3 very comfortable but separate bedrooms. Distance was a bit farther from downtown than we expected but Lyft was easy to use. We tried several times to request a later check out, but no one responded until after the check out time.

Overall, I would not recommend this rental. We packed up and left early instead of staying for our entire time booked. While the inside was clean, it lacked the details listed in the property description. There was no dishwasher, there was no thermostat in the living room, the stove did not work with the larger pans provided. The burner size of the stove required single serve metal bottom pans that were not suitable when cooking for a family. The larger pans we tried could not get hot enough to boil water! When contactng the host, i was made to feel like a complete idiot. It felt like we were intruding and surrounding by the family downstairs. The separation between areas was so flimsy every conversation was immediately overheard. Every bounce of a ball or kids running through hallways downstairs, in the rental unit sounded like constant knocking and screaming. . The parking situation was a mess, especially when the family downstairs had multiple guests over! There were times when we couldn't fit in the driveway due to cars being parked side by side. The procedures for locking the door was missing. The location of the door description had specific details included that did not exist on the unit. Overall extremely disappointing. We would not stay here again

Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. At times it was hard to pull out of the driveway due to the quantity of cars, bikes, and mopeds. At one point our designated spot was occupied but we were not allowed to park on the street. Our dogs were very nervous with the noise so even though they were crated, we cancelled much of our plans. We were there for our son’s regatta at Fort Adams and needed to be close to the park due to launch times. Typically we stay at another location farther away.,Even though the location to Fort Adams was terrific, and we are in Newport on a monthly basis, we would not stay at this property again. We have no way of knowing if this was a one off or regular occurrence.
