First thing, everyone should know is that this property is a stones throw away from a major railroad track. The sounds of trains are going to be inevitable at this property, so if you’re a light sleeper, be sure you bring earplugs. I did not factor the railroad in my rating.The property is just as described, as a studio unit. It has modern decor and the interior is very well kept. The exterior looks nice, although recent rains appear to have brought weeds that are out of control. Also, don’t expect a view. You’re in in a downtown area in rural Arizona. The backyard looks into an industrial lot.That being said, there are a few options available within walking distance. The Horseshoe Café is just two blocks away and all of our meals. There were very tasty with large portions. There’s also several bars on the main street.This property is an easy drive to Kartchner Caverns, which is the must see attraction in the area.Property has a Keurig coffee machine with K cups available.Be aware, though, there are no power outlets in the bathroom, so be prepared to use the kitchen for drying hair or any other grooming, activities you need electricity for in the bathroomThis property is a great value for its price, it is in a great location. It is comfortable if you set proper expectations. We would definitely go back.
