What we love most about being here is the simple joy of island living. Whether it’s starting the morning with coffee near the water, spending the day at the beach, or relaxing by the pool after a day out exploring, the island has a way of putting you instantly into vacation mode.
The energy here is easygoing and welcoming, and the people are incredibly friendly. There’s something about the good vibes of the island that makes everyone feel at home.

You can walk across the street to the beach, enjoy a cocktail or lunch at the nearby beach bar and restaurant, and return home to watch boats pass along the canal. The area has a friendly, welcoming community where neighbors wave hello and visitors quickly feel at home.
We also chose this location because it feels incredibly safe and easy to get around. Whether you're heading to Port Lucaya, exploring the island, or simply relaxing by the water, everything is conveniently close.
