This perfect family getaway is set back on 32 private acres! Escape the hustle and bustle and relax with this 4 bedroom, 2 bath brand new barndominium. You will have plenty of room to roam and enjoy the peaceful setting while comfortably sleeping 10. Although not too secluded, it will feel like it. Hear the birds sing as you enjoy your coffee or tea on the patio!

This lovely retreat is just minutes from the University of the South Campus. You’ll have all the amenities of a modern new build with the privacy of a hunting cabin in the woods. This gem boasts tons of outdoor space designed for entertaining and relaxing. It even has an onsite pond stocked with bluegill, bass, and carp!

Designed to incorporate all of your living needs within our clean and modern surroundings, this space includes a complete kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an indoor balcony, a giant gaming room, and indoor/outdoor living spaces, all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.

The main level of this wooded wonderland walks into the open living and kitchen area. This awe-inspiring room has cathedral ceilings and a huge roll-up glass door overlooking the magnificent view, this area is truly one-of-a-kind! The main level also features 2 large bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two sets of twin bunks. There is a grand bathroom nestled down this same hallway.

Winding up a steel spiral staircase will bring you to the balcony area and next set of bedrooms. Here you will find a room with a queen bed and a room with 2 queens and 1 double. There is a full bathroom on this floor, as well as a seating area with a great loveseat for escaping with your favorite book.

Across from the open kitchen area is the gateway to gaming heaven! This gigantic extra space boasts an enormous couch and large screen tv. Game tables will adorn this wide-open game area to complete the perfect hang out. And let’s not forget about the outdoor fireplace and stocked fish pond!

Pets allowed with an additional $40 charge. Maximum of 2 pets.

If you want to go fishing, please bring your own poles and gear!! We do not have any gear on site...

Perfect!

This was the perfect choice for our weekend visit to Sewanee. Close enough to campus and town, yet comfortable in our own cove - didn’t hurt to have the great timing of foliage! Everything we needed - didn’t wan to leave.

Golfing trip

My buddies and I always try and get together a couple times a year to play some golf. This was the perfect location since it's close to Sewanee and Tim's Ford. Plenty of room and great place to hangout and watch the game too! Loved the layout and beautiful quiet setting. Ping pong table was a nice touch as well! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Accurate advertisement. Perfect for relaxing and getting away from hustle. Highly recommend for all parties. Wether a family, friends, or even couple getaway.

Very nice cabin, climate control issues, land being worked on

We really enjoyed the cabin. The space was great, all the appliances are quality and worked beautifully (beware, the dishwasher is so quiet you will forget it's running, we opened it while it was running multiple times). The outside fireplace was so awesome! There were a couple things we wish we had known before we booked the cabin. 1. The cabin has three main areas, Kitchen/living room, bedrooms, and garage/den. The thermostat is in the main area, but most of the vents are in the bedrooms. Because of this, the main area will be a nice temperature, but (in the winter) the garage area will really cold and the bedrooms will be scalding (ours got above 90 at one point). Opening the door to the garage to warm it up lowers the main room temperature and heats the rooms up more. It was a bummer because the garage/den is such a really cool space. 2. The property around the cabin is a work in progress. It's not a big deal, and a sign of how nice the property will be, but there are some industrial-type machines around and the ground around the cabin was a bit rough to walk on. Dock isn't complete (as of March 2023). 3. At one point a couple walked right up alongside our cabin with their dogs and around the pond. I don't recall seeing on the listing that the property was shared, so this really surprised us. 4. There was an issue with the downstairs shower drain not draining, but there were two showers, so we didn't have any big issue with it. And they sent someone out the next morning to check it out. Not a big deal. Overall, we had a really great time at the cabin. It really is away from it all! Hopefully next time the weather will be not 20 degrees and we can enjoy the space a little better : ) Matthew
