This delightful villa features a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The open-concept living and dining area provides a comfortable space for relaxation and meals. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room and two cozy bunk beds in the hallway, ideal for small children.

Enjoy breathtaking oceanfront views from your private balcony, located just off the living room, where you can unwind and soak in the coastal beauty.

Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is a prime oceanfront property situated approximately 70 yards from the beach. You’ll also be just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops, dining options, and entertainment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been frequenting Seaside Villas for several years. I love the location. Unfortunately this year a renter next door constantly smoked on their balcony & it drifted to mine. It kept me from enjoying the view from my condo. The single swivel chair needs a good cleaning. Minimal cooking/ kitchen utensils. However, still my favorite vacation rental condos.

View and access to the beach was perfect. Unit was comfortable. Only thing needed was a full length mirror (for going out to dinner in nice clothes!). Note that coffee maker is a drip model so dont bring K-cups!

Great location

Overall the place was nice. The only thing that needs addressing is the worn out pillows and bedding.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean but smaller than expected from the pictures. Elevator is on opposite side of the building so either lots of stairs or a long walk to the elevator.

Incredible view! Awesome location!

This condo was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed the beach every day and relaxed on the Lanai in the evenings. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We ventured the island each and everyday. My kids enjoyed the beach at night looking for all kinds of wildlife and sea creatures. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our family beach vacation.

Beach getaway

Great location! Great ocean view! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Being able to check in 2 and 1/2 hr early was a real surprise! Wish that could happen every vacation. Only 1 issue... The couch was very uncomfortable.

Best ocean front

Seaside Villa

This could be a fantastic rental with a few upgrades. First and foremost, the lock on the door was so difficult that we struggled to get in every time we left. Once inside, the view is amazing! However, the items inside feel dated and well used—and the kitchen could use some additional supplies for guests who like to cook. Overall, this is a fine place to stay especially for a shorter stay on HHI.

Ocean Front HHI

Beautiful view

It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was as advertised. Small, but good for 2 people. Unit was clean, nice updated bathroom. Kitchen had all we needed. Could use a little attention to furnishings (felt the couch had seen better days & little dirty). Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the porch as much as we’d like - because our neighbors were chain smokers...blowing right on to our porch.

Beautiful rental with beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Hilton Head, it was me, my husband and our 3 children age 5, 2, and 1. We all had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. There was room for all of us to sleep and be together. The pool was great for my kiddos and the private walkway to beach was wonderful. Parking can get tricky, and there was a few things that the kitchen needed like scissors, and a few more pots and pans. The door to one of the main hall closets was taped shut but wouldn’t remain shut so we had to stick something in front of it to keep the door closed but that was no big deal. Overall the stay was great, the place was even better and we could’ve of been happier.

Seaside Villa 325 Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the view and provisions of SV 325. The villa was clean and accommodating. My wife and I are very appreciative of the owners being flexible to allow us a 10 day stay during our time there. Please pass that along to them. As with all villas without central HVAC, the kitchen-den area was cool, but the bedroom was not. The villa had a portable floor fan, which we used, along with a second fan that we brought with us, in an effort to move the cool air back into the bedroom. We would recommend this villa to others, during a cooler time of the year. Did encounter a large cockroach in the shower one morning, but no other insects.

Outdated Unit - Killed Roach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family moved to unit 325 from Unit 310 as Unit 310 had an unbearable odor which caused nausea and extreme coughing. So the Property Management company transferred us to unit 325. Once in Unit 325, though no odor, unit had hair on tables, old furniture, old appliances, stained refrigerator, and we killed a roach climbing the walls. The overall Seaside complex is old and in need of updates. Unit 325 did however have a nice view of the beach and new shower. For what we'd paid, these older outdated units were unacceptable and didn't match the charge.

The VIEW!!! Nothing can compare to waking up to this view! Morning coffee watching the sunrise, evening cocktail watching the sunset. It doesn't get better than this. The owners have made the most of this one bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront property. We did a long girls weekend and did not run on top of each other at all which is remarkable for 3 girls. Gated community. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Every convenience- from full size refrigerator to a closet full of beach gear. Boardwalk to beach literally at bottom of stairs. But the VIEW!!! Did I mention the view?!!! The only hassle we had was trying to secure a luggage cart when we were trying to check out....with everyone having same check-out time we should have tried to secure one much earlier. That's on us. Now we know and will get up earlier next time ...cause we will be back :)
