The location is excellent and convenient. You’ll find a variety of restaurants, specialty groceries, live theater, parks, and coffee shops within walking distance. Just a 5-minute drive or easy bike ride to Portland. Pet approval is required.

Beautifully renovated light space which has a cozy feeling of home. This is only used for a rental. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. If you are looking to get spend some time outside there is a side lawn and a front porch with rocking chairs.
Cliff House beach is just a few blocks away and Willard is .5 miles.

Within walking distance to Terra Cotta Pasta, Davids 388, Elsmere BBQ, Scratch Bakery, live theater and more!!! Short walk to 2 lighthouses. About a 5 minute drive to Portland.

Walk to mostly everything you need. Large grocery delivers or just a drive down the road. Very safe to run/walk at any time! One parking space in lot and many spaces on the street.

There is an front outdoor patio with rocking chairs for guest use. The washer and dryer are shared with one other unit and located in the basement.

Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink at check out.
Please take out your garbage and recycling out prior to checking out.
Garbage is in the back of the building and must be in closed trash bags.
All guests need to park on the street not in the lot.
If authorized no dogs on the furniture. Pets must be approved before booking. No cats. The pet fee is $250.00
