The rooms were spacious and clean. Beachfront view and ocean front enjoyment. Kitchen was stocked and the parking was easy to obtain.

The condo was beautiful. It could use a deep cleaning. Stained rugs and furniture and dust in various places. The host was terrible at communicating. We had a smoke detector that kept beeping. The front desk was useless because it's a VRBO. Host never responded.

We stayed for a girls’ weekend and cannot say enough good things about this condo! The booking and check in process were very easy. The condo has been updated and is very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have a great family vacation. We also celebrated a birthday while we were there . Great times.

Wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! So clean and so much room for our entire family. The lazy river and slide were a hit. Couldn’t be better! Highly recommend.

First, we had a lovely vacation overall. We enjoyed the beach, shopping, restaurants and local fishing. The condo was pretty, but not clean to my standards. I spent the first 45 minutes of our vacation cleaning just to feel comfortable. Counter and tabletop surfaces were clean; but cabinets, walls, some furniture and baseboards were definitely not. I wiped down all the baseboards in the hallway, bathrooms and in our bedroom. I also had to wipe down all the kitchen cabinet doors. Food splatters and general kitchen grime was on every cabinet door. The blankets in our bedroom were wadded up and thrown in the closets, which gave me no confidence that they were unused and clean. The bathroom floors were dirty in the corners and The shower floor in our bedroom needed a good scrub. The sprayer in the kitchen doesn’t work correctly and he dishwasher handle was broken. All the rugs in the bedrooms were dirty/stained. He Other issues that I found disappointing… There were not enough towels. We should not have to do laundry while on a 4 night vacation. There was only one towel for each of us in our bedroom. There were no extra trash bags in any of the bins and one kitchen towel. Perhaps my standards are too high, but this condo was disappointing.

Condo was very spacious and well kept. Great location. My husband recently passed away and I just sold our home in Destin. This condo was perfect for my family. Beautiful.

Girls Getaway

This condo was beautiful just like the photos. Check in was easy and access to great restaurants and activities. Small hiccup with parking but the ladies in the lobby assisted me quickly. Will be back again soon.

the condo was nice and gave us plenty of room for us 12 ladies. one suggestion is to atleast have salt and pepper for cooking . we love this area and would stay again

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved it! This is our 2nd vacation staying at a Phoenix in Orange Beach. Michael was great to work with our family of 14. The condo was exactly as pictured. Elevators were fast. Had everything you needed if you decided to fix a dinner at the condo. Very clean and staff was friendly! I would highly recommend staying at a Phoenix! We will be back!

Rental company was hard to get ahold of, and very rude. Unit was not clean. Shower door was broken, and fell on my daughter.
This shower door fell on my 7 year old when she tried to open it. It’s just negligence on the rental company’s part.
Mold in the bathtub. Unsanitary. Couldn’t use the bath.
