Cutest place on the lake!

BIG WATER VIEWS! Relax on Lake Martin with fabulous views from our huge deck and comfy outdoor couch. A total house remodel was completed in 2023. Fabulous view of the lake from the living and dining rooms. There's a private pier for al fresco dining and a beach area where kids can play. We're close to Chuck's Marina so there's plenty of fun nearby!

**Bookings can only be for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children since the bunk beds are good for kids 5’2” or shorter.**

Wonderful place to relax! The home is super clean and comfortable, with nice updated furnishings. The porch is perfect for morning coffee with plenty of room to dine outside or just relax. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and reading under the trees on the private beach area. This lake home is the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Truly the cutest place on the lake!

Enjoyed a great Girls Weekend of rest and relaxation at the cutest place on the lake. The house had everything we could need and the view is outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Stay.

A great stay and great location. House is in a good location to get to all parts of lake and into Auburn. House is great for a couple or small family. Loved our stay.

Great weekend at the lake

My family and I had a great time staying at Lake Martin. The home is very well equipped, comfortable, and modern. The beach, dock, deck and firepit provided several ways for enjoying the nice weather outdoors. Would absolutely come back for another visit.

Amazing and relaxing!

This small, cute cottage was the perfect size for my family of 4. Very peaceful and relaxing. Property owner/manager was very nice. I would most definitely stay here again!

Premier host is an understatement!

Owner was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make our dream vacation a reality. This house is located in a PERFECT spot on the lake. Open water views, close to restaurants and trailheads, and has everything you need to feel like home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved Lake Martin & Sally’s home!

We stayed at the cutest place on the lake to attend our son’s graduation at Auburn. We enjoyed being at the lake, the huge deck space, a well- stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and such great attention to detail for all your vacation needs! Sally was awesome to work with! It was a fun weekend with great memories!

Friends get away

EVERYTHING about this property was great! From booking to arrival and departure! The owner support was wonderful , she made sure our stay was to our expectations! We highly recommend this property to others and will support her rental here on Lake Martin and the Gulf properties!

Great House - Great Location

This house was perfect for our party of four. The only downside was the water was pretty rough at the dock, so we loaded our boat each night. Sally was a great host and was super responsive to questions. It really is the cutest house on the lake!

Definitely the “Cutest Place on the Lake”

We couldn’t say enough wonderful things about our time here. The house is clean and updated with everything we could have needed. The view is stunning, and we spent so much time on the back porch. The beds were very comfortable. It was easy to get to the property. Sally was very kind and easy to communicate with. Such a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall pretty good

Main downside was the program on the google nest thermostat. 76 degrees at night with a 3 month old is not ideal.

Cute Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the lake. It's a small house, but laid out well. The large porch and comfy seating outside provided a nice retreat from the heat as there is plenty of shade all day long. Owner was responsive and worked with us on both check-in and check-out times. Turning a boat trailer around in the driveway is tough, but workable. This is a great house for small families.

House on the lake

Highly recommend. Owner has paid a lot of attention to detail. House had everything needed for a pleasent stay including coffee, tea and a wine cooler. Beds were comfortable. A washer/ dryer was available along with detergent. Nice deck and dock on the lake as well as a sandy beach area

Million Dollar View

This cottage is beautiful. Tastefully decorated. Airy and updated. Well appointed kitchen. The den/ living area has a stunning view. The deck is amazing with very nice outside furniture. The owner is a great communicator and easy to reach. Property was super clean.

Loved the "Cutest House"

When searching for a house to rent on Lake Martin for a long weekend, the name got me and after looking at the photos I booked it. Everything about this house was perfect. The owner was so helpful and has done such a lovely job creating this very comfortable home. It's quite private, has a large deck with sun or shade a very nice yard and a beautiful lake view. The kitchen has everything you need, as do the bedrooms (comfortable bed and pillows, etc.) and baths. We have no complaints or disappointments and I know we will book his house again. We have been home for two days, still talking about it and still calling it "our house".

Really is Cutest Place on the Lake

Property is just as described and very clean. Love that there is access to washer and dryer as we were down for a soccer camp in Auburn with a stinky tweenager :) The deck was perfect for sitting and having morning coffee and evening wine. As our kids age we may need something bigger but our 8 year old daughter loved the little bunks right outside the master bedroom. Check in/out was super easy and the owner is very proactive and helpful in communication. Loved that the kitchen was completely modernized and was very well stocked as far as appliances, utensils, etc. Only issue we had, which we were forewarned about, was the hot water was ticky. Doable, but while shaving it would just turn to cold, would have to wait or walk away and come back. What's odd is the shower never really seemed to have an issue, just the sinks. Would definitely recommend removing the tankless and installing a 40 g water heater. Place would be perfect then. That said still not enough to downgrade rating, and will definitely be back. There's also a really cute pizza bar dockside less than a mile away which was perfect for dinner one night.

Great little getaway spot

Well done remodel of an older house that is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The property owner is meticulous about taking care of the guests and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This is a great location, right on the lake. I highly recommend this property if you need a two bedroom house.

Easter Retreat

Just as the listing states, 'Cutest little place'. Great little home right on the lake. Well equipped home with perfect sunrise views. It was a great place to enjoy the lake!
