Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor where you can park on the same floor as the condo! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and two Queen beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Christmas Family Beach Trip ‘24

Beautiful, spacious, warm and comfy! The best and cleanest condo! Felt like home, but better because we were all together! 8 adults and 2 babies. Perfect place for our family vacay!

Wonderful family friendly

Very clean. Wonderful open kitchen dining table living room. Corner window views spectaculor. Balcony for all to sit on. Very secure overall. Love the indoor outdoor pools. Lazy river and slides for kids. Easy beach access . Planning on returnimg again !!

Spring Break

We had 6 adults and 3 children in our party. The best part is the location. You have the pool, the beach, a State Park all right there. We took a day, walked to the bike rentals and rode the State Park. Nothing seems to be too far away. The only downside is there is NO storage for your clothing. Only the main bedroom has dressers. All of the other bedrooms have luggage holders and 2 of them were broken. So we lived out of our suitcases for a week. Would have liked to put clothes in dressers or even shelving in the closets would be great. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Overall the property itself was great, I would not rent this specific unit again unless I knew they had purchased something for clothing storage.

Great location. Easy check in. They sent details and codes by email. Pros - kitchen was well stocked. Enough pots and pans and utensils to cook. Even had Tupperware. Lazy river was nice. Plenty of chairs Cons - only the surfaces were clean. Living room rug was nasty. Found trash and crumbs under furniture. 3 or 4 bathrooms did not have bath mats. Very cheap towels and linens. No hand soap in 3 bathrooms. Communication was just ok. We asked if they had a Keurig cofre maker - the answer was “I think so”. The unit had one but it didn’t work Overall for a similar price point, this complex does not compare with The Turquoise or Phoenix West or Oasis. Though only 2 years old, the common hallways were worn and needed cleaning. Cheap construction compared to similarly priced complexes. Probably won’t stay here again if other 4 bedrooms options are available

The floors where a little dirty, but I guess it is the beach so you have to look past those things. Being on parking level is unmatched (we have stayed at many Phoenix rentals and being parking level is a MUST). Master bed is very firm, just an FYI! Overall great stay, great trip, would stay again!

We had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10 and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked and the parking situation was so much better than other places. Our 3 vehicles were literally right outside our door. Pool and lazy river were an added plus for the kids when rip tide warnings kept us out of the gulf.

It was our annual vacation where our children and grandchildren come for the week with us. This unit could not have been better. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which worked out perfect! The size and furniture on the balcony were wonderful. Everyone had a seat even on the balcony. Our only wish was that there would have been a light so we could have eaten out there and played cards. I will probably book this same unit for our annual beach trip next year! Oue unit was perfect. Our only wish was that Phoenix put up some type of shade at the pool. I know you have the indoor pool, but a shade awning of some sort would have been perfect for the outside pool.

We booked Phoenix Gulf Towers I, #501, even before pics were available. We were very pleasantly surprised. The furnishings are all wonderfully comfortable and easily accommodate all 12 of us in beds, with no couches or blowup beds. Everything was new and clean, the views and location is fantastic!

The decor was soothing, fresh, and comfy. Great condo amenities in the kitchen and the ice maker was nice to have. Loved the 5th floor location with direct access to the parking garage. We had no issues with finding a parking space. Rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for an elevator. Liked having the keyless entry to the condo so not worrying about keeping up with keys. Very pleased with the communication with Phoenix Rentals prior to arrival. We enjoyed the local restaurants in the evening and enjoyed our days on the beach. We rented an umbrella and chairs from Ikes located right at the end of Phoenix Gulf boardwalk to the beach-nice to have that amenity of someone setting up your umbrella in the morning and taking it down for you in the evening! We would certainly rent this condo again!!
