Kitchen is gourmet chef equipped; 8 skillets, 6 pots including BIG seafood boiler, 2 sets French Corningware, 10 prep knives including two Santoku, and every small appliance imaginable!



Granite countertops in kitchen; hair dryer in every bathroom.



Custom made designer fabric draperies with the highest quality total blackout lining in ALL rooms, and custom made glass tops on ALL furniture for aesthetics and your convenience.



Living Area has 2 plush sofas, two RECLINERS; Dining Table and Chairs seat 8.



Keyless entry lock on the condo's front door so you do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!



Extra electrical outlets in each room, Tile floor throughout, Upgraded electrical fixtures, Upgraded Plumbing fixtures, Upgraded bath accessories, Ceiling moulding throughout.



NO SMOKING inside or OUTSIDE the unit is allowed



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family Fun

The property was perfect for our family weekend. Plenty of Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Hangout areas. We used all of the pools and the Lazy River was our favorite. Would definitely recommend.

Nice room

Room was nice, some of the outlets would’nt charge anything but we read this is common in phoenix properties. Unit was clean and good location close to everything!

Most beautiful view

This place is beautiful and spacious. We will be returning. A few comments to add to help make others enjoy this beautiful place even more is to bring some of the following things: Sheets for pullout sofa bed and extra blankets. You will be going to the local grocery store so be sure to also add toilet paper, dish soap, pot holders and aluminum foil to your usual list.

Absolutely Beautiful View

We had a couple mishaps when we first arrived but the Hist was own it quickly so no complaints. Really no complaints at all. The view was spectacular, the condo was very spacious, we had 9 adults. Close to Walmart, DG, Publix, all kinds of souvenir stores, restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!! My entire crew did not want to leave.

Only negative comment is the trash collection came daily between 4:30 and 7:30 AM and emptied the large dumpsters directly below the bedroom windows.

Best Vacation Yet

The condo was so big, plenty of room for the 10 of us. We loved the balcony view. Te only issues we had were the air conditioning didn’t cool very well in the master bedroom and I should have contacted the owner but I never took the time to do it. Also the website posted two recliners and there was only one. But besides that everything was perfect!

The cleaning crew could have done a better job at being thourough and paying attention to the little details. The indoor pool was not heated and some of the amenities were closed due to Covid, but that was/is state law.

It was okay

While we enjoyed our stay, we felt the cleanliness could have been more efficient. The bedding had stains, hair and other debris on them. There was mildew on shower curtains, if walking barefoot, we could feel a film of substance beneath our feet, and one family member found a contact lens in the room. To maintain cleanliness, the dishwasher detergent could have been slightly larger. The lighting in several of the entire-suite bathrooms flickered constantly. There could have also had more quality cookware as some of them were warped.

Orange Beach adventure!

Loved the standalone ice maker! Great view. Wifi intermittent and slow elevators. Masks on elevators nonexistent. Plenty of space. Nice decor. Prompt response for maintenance. No beach chairs or sand toys. Easy to rent but chairs 2 plus 1 umbrella for $40 per day. Starter supplies adequate. Convenient stores. Well managed. Kids loved the beach lazy river and indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.

Fun place. Room could have been cleaner

The views from the balcony were spectacular. And the unit was spacious and worked great for a family of 7. We loved the outdoor areas!! The room wasn’t cleaned well and there were items left in the drawers from previous renters. The floors were dirty and still had crumbs/debris in corners. There was also mold in the showers. I had to vacuum upon arrival and thankfully brought cleaning wipes to clean counters better. I also felt linens weren’t clean so I rewashed pillow cases before we used them.

Parking pass issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a 4 bed/bath condo and had to pay extra for 3 passes and couldn’t get a 4th pass. We had 4 families which meant 4 cars. There were lots of parking spaces available but since we rented through Phoenix LLC (which is an individual not the building owner) and not Brett Robinson they would not allow us a 4th parking pass. Also, never had to pay for parking passes when we paid so much to rent the place. Should have been issued at least 2 with the rental. We called and left aVoicemail but never heard back. Also, very limited amenities in the rental. Other than that, It was a nice place with plenty of room. (Still mold on one of the shower curtains. I noticed that in an earlier review but thought it would have been taken care of.)

Thank you for the review. As it states on the listing and in your reservation confirmation, everyone pays to park at Phoenix West, regardless of who you rent from. Anyone who books a 4br unit is guaranteed to be able to purchase three parking passes. The HOA (front desk) will sell extra to you if they have the space. We sent an email to you the day after your arrival asking how your stay is and we did not receive a reply. Please let us know if we can help with a future stay.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 8 nights with our family of four and another family of four. Property is great for 2 families to have everything they need. Gorgeous views, great space and good amenities on the property. Our only complaints were- condo was not too clean when we arrived. Considering checkout is at 10 and check in is at 4:30, you would expect that’s plenty of time to have everything nice and clean. After walking barefoot in the unit when wee arrived, everyones feet were black. This unit has a lot of work that needs to be done where maintenance issues have been worked on in the past- ceiling patches falling apart, mold in showers, furniture falling apart, etc. Lastly, waiting on elevators will drive you insane! During peak times, expect to wait 20-30 minutes.

Phoenix West 1401 Needs work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix West is a Great Location and Beach is Great.The condo still needs work on it. We had problems last year and had more problems this year. Dishwasher-top comes out because the back is missing on the left side in the back. I got tired of putting it back together so I took a Tie Off and Made it where it would stop. Also the closet door in the room with the Blue bedspread and walk in shower, was off track and I got my son to fix it. Not sure why your cleaning people are not telling you these things. The screen door on the front porch is loose from bottom to halfway up, so we could not use it and had 2 cooler days in the 60's that we could have used it. The chairs outside need cushions, they are very uncomfortable to sit in for any amount of time.

Loved Phoenix West 1401!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo completely. Plenty of room, loved the big windows to see the ocean and down the beach. Check-in was easy as could be. Just had to pick up the prepaid parking passes. Plenty of gro carts & luggage carts to carry everything up to our condo. Condo 1401 needs a few repairs (nothing that really hurt our stay). Dishwasher rack was broken on 1 side made top rack hard to load. Refrig had a shelf that was unstable, so drawer was hard to use. One shower curtain had some mold/needs replacement. But the facilities were GREAT - will go there again, Loved everything.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights and my family and myself love phoenix west bc of the lazy river, location, etc but this condo could def use some work. We arent picky but for the price we paid i feel like the condo could def use some work. The condo was spacious for sure but so many things werent usable. One of the showers were leaking and the maintenance guy on the property said we couldnt use it bc it was leaking below, the switch on the lamp in another room wouldnt turn off, there was sand in the sheets, the tv in one of the rooms didnt work, the towels had hair in them and some of the outlets didnt work. Overall, we loved orange beach but the condo was kind of a let down. I emailed the owners with the link provided in the email but never got a reply.. i dont think id rent this condo again until i knew things were fixed.
