This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo is perfect for families or small groups looking to relax by the water and stay close to local attractions.

The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and opens to a private balcony with fabulous views of the Gulf. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the spacious living room includes 2 sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space and plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, private updated bathroom, and walk-in shower for added comfort and convenience. This was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and comfortable - the perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. We enjoyed being right on the beach but also having access to the pool, lounges, and tables. The location is awesome - walking distance to some local dining and John’s Pass. We would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this condo. The location is wonderful and the building and pool/beach area are kept in good shape. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because some of the finishes/amenities are beginning to show some wear and could use a slight touch up (toaster, bathroom door roller was bent, just a few little things like this). However it didnt impact our overall ability to have a wonderful long weekend at the beach.

Our first impression is the condo was outdated and felt dirty. It smelled musky the first couple of days we were there. The ice maker part on the fridge was dirty, the light to replace the filter for the water on the fridge was on (dirty ice), several dishes were dirty, the pan we used to make burgers was bent/warped so I had to use sand toys to even attempt to cook a little bit even with it. The guest bathroom faucet is a bit rusted and felt like I was going to break it with weak water pressure. The mattress in the master bedroom is a bit firm and the pillows flat. Our week was good and the condo worked, but I will not seek this one out again.

Great location beaches were beautiful

Microwave broke on our second day we call and had a replacement within two hours You do need to replace pot and pans some were very bad looking.

Big kitchen, love the tile floor in majority of unit. King bed very comfortable. Great pressure in shower. Carpet in MBR stained, and old. Due to owner changing services, only 1 working tv for half of stay. Pool, hot tub,grills, and beach

They need to fix that. Also the vents in the bathroom are so full of dust and lint they need cleaned out. Very visibly noticeable. Other than that it was a great trip! Lots of room! The king size bed was very comfortable! Perfect view! Perfect atmosphere! Great people to meet!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views! Great location! Great complex! Filthy unit! When we arrived the A/C was not working. Waiting for a repairman was not on my list of things to do on my Florida vacation. We were informed that the problem with A/C was the filter had not been changed since 2019. the drainline was clogged. Every A/C return in the unit was covered in dust. Upon opening the couch beds, we discovered what appeared to be vomit, trash, and part of a Pop-Tart on the floor underneath. I wasn't about to assume the sheets had been changed! It was clear the unit had been surface cleaned - fresh lines, bathrooms wiped, floors mopped before our arrival. However, it was also obvious that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or up-kept in long while. In addition to the dirty A/C filter the drain line was clogged. The track in the closet in the master bedroom had been bent so if you open the door too far it got stuck open. One of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off the hinge upon opening it. You were alotted one bath towel for the length of your stay. Ours was 7 days! The was an ironing board, yet no iron. A vacation is meant to be a time of relaxation not waiting for repairmen and cleaning up after strangers!

It is requested that all guests report problems as soon as possible so we can address any problems when they are found instead of waiting until after the guest leaves to hear about situations. We will be speaking to the housekeeping staff to ensure a cleaner unit. We would have gladly made available additional towels upon request. We are glad you did enjoy the location and hope you will consider renting through us again.

This was our second stay at this condo building but a different unit. The cleanliness of the unit was not great but also not horrible. The filters for the HVAC system did not appear to have been changed in quite some time, there was old drippings down the side of the oven, toilet in the hall bathroom toilet was dirty and the shower tower in the master bathroom is rusty. Everything else was great. Perfect views of the Gulf and beautiful cotton candy sunsets, location to John Pass and many other restaurants is easy and Publix and Walmart are just a short drive. All and all we had a nice stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, view, pool were beautiful. The unit was not clean, fridge had crumbs on shelves and food splatter, dresser drawers had dirt in them, urine stained floor at base of MBR toilet,and shower curtain bar is rusty (MBR). I hope the owner of the unit takes the time to correct the cleaning concerns, it really is a beautiful location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group consisted of 3 adults and there was plenty of room. Very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies. The furnishings are older but in good shape. We had a very relaxing time until our upstairs neighbors moved in with some pretty rowdy children. We were then awakened early every morning to what sounded like elephants riding chairs across the ceiling. The worst part though was they kept holding the one, very slow elevator at their floor so no one could use it. Not the rentals fault, but just be aware that you might have to roll with some punches from the complex. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We had some of the coldest weather in Florida history and still got to enjoy them. Location is a very easy walk to everything. Most important though is the beach, gorgeous views from inside and out of the rental and property is right on the sand, can't get better than that!

Great spot!

We've been staying at Sea Breeze for 4 years now and every time we come we love it even more! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! A great family friendly place!

Picking up the key is a pain

Everything was terrific with one exception, altho this seems to be true with most condos in that area. There is no code for the condo door - You have to travel several miles to an office to pick up a key. This is really inconvenient for anyone who flies in and doesn't rent a vehicle.

Beautiful views!!!

Overall we was very pleased with our condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is there was only 1 elevator for all the units so you have to wait for a long time for it to come up and go down. And inside the elevator was ridiculously hot! Needs ventilation!!!!!!
