This home was absolute perfect, from the location to everything offered inside the home. Grill, fire pit, washer & dryer, and stocked kitchen were all a plus. One bathroom was a bit of a challenge but the aforementioned made it doable. Host was very good, home was prepped perfectly. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay you will not be disappointed

This is in a nice neighborhood and a home that has been remodeled nicely. Everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The fenced in yard is great for your dogs with a beautiful lawn and fire pit and grill and table and chairs. We would have loved to hang outside but unfortunately it rained while we were there You will be happy with this rental and the communication with the owner was great.

Farmhouse Disappointment

The host responded quickly before & after booking. Unfortunately, on the day of checkin, I killed 2 (biting) ants. The next morning, I woke up to an infestation of biting ants in the bedroom my young child & I were sleeping. I immedlately contacted VRBO Support b/c I could not continue my reservation for the next 6 days killing ants; worrying if the ants were going to get into our luggage; or worrying if we were going to get bit. We do not have ants at home & I certainly did not want their pheromones in our belongings to invite other biting ants into our residence. For the duration of my call to VRBO Support for 2hrs, I'm killing ants. After numerous of calls to VRBO Support, videos sent & pictures; it's been 15 days & I'm still waiting on my reimbursement for 6 nights of stay from my reservation. I messaged with the property owner after checking into the property. During my reservation dates, the host did not follow up with me to inquire about my stay. No response from host even after VRBO notified the host, I had to vacant the premises. Very disappointed with this experience! No sympathy or compensation. Traveling from out of state & I am not a local resident of this area.

Dishonest Host

I have written proof from the host that accommodations would be granted for a rebooking and she reneged on her word. She acted morally & ethically unjust and I would be wary of trusting her to accommodate you and your family.

Fun stay in Buffalo

My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft gets pretty cold. We couldn’t find a vent in the room but our girls got cozy under blankets and slept great!Overall we’d stay here again for sure. Great location and quick responses to any questions we had.

Perfect house for visit to Buffalo

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring we had a great night's rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to explore in Buffalo within easy reach. The house description and photos were spot on, so there were no surprises. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Buffalo!

Great place

This house was in a great location for a visit to Niagara Falls and attend a Bills game. The house was great for 4 adults and 2 small children. Decor was beautiful and was even decorated for X mas which thrilled the kids. Highly recommend

Location, Location, Location!

We absolutely loved our stay in this precious home! We've never brought our dogs with us on "vacation" before, but they had as much fun as we did, and seemed to feel right at home. Kelley provided everything we needed and even had essentials, if you forgot something. We will 100 percent be back if she'll have us. My family and friends were all under 20 minutes away in any direction. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Great place!

We loved the house. The location is great. The bathroom could use some towel hooks. We thought it would have been really cool if basement had ping pong, fuzz ball, air hockey. Not a big deal just a suggestion would still highly recommend to anyone it was great.

Family Reunion

We were in town for a faimly reunion but needed more room than our family could provide. We were delighted with the home, spacious and convenient! The neighborhood was pleasant, the house was responsive and kind. Overall an excellent place to stay, and hope to return again sometime!

Perfection

We flew to Buffalo for a family medical emergency and were so fortunate to stay in this lovely home. It was so welcoming to come back to each evening after stressful days. I honestly did not think I was going to be able to relax enough to sleep, but after sitting by the fireplace for a bit and then climbing into the super comfortable bed, I was well rested by each morning. The house had everything that we needed and, when we had a question about the clothes dryer, the owner quickly returned our call. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully updated and comfortably quiet home

My family needed a quick and quiet place to stay due to a hospitalized family member in Buffalo (we are from out of town). Kelley was lightening-fast with responses and incredibly kind and accomodating. The home is beautiful and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. You can log into your Netflix or other streaming service on the smart tvs. I was able to do work comfortably at the desk connected to wi-fi. Don't let the pictures fool you, the house is bigger than it appears. There is a Wegmans just a few minutes away, and there are several restruants nearby. The home is clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient.

Buffalo Bills weekend

This one of our favorite places to stay when in town for a BILLS game. The location is great, close to the airport, restaurants and a short drive to the stadium. The house is always clean. And working with Kelly is easy.

What an amazing house!

We absolutely loved this property! It was very clean, homey and just like being home. The beds were comfortable and all appliances were in great working order. There was even a high chair for our granddaughter. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available the next time we visit! Also, the owner Kelley was always easy to reach via text and responded quickly. We loved every minute we stayed there!
