GULF FRONT UNIT w/ KING BEDS IN THIS LUXURY TREASURE ISLAND CONDO!

**2020/21 updates include new sleeper sofa, new AC system, new bedding, new appliances: microwave, stove and dishwasher.** Enjoy your vacation on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, including Gulf of Mexico water views from the minute you walk in the door.

This beautiful condo sleeps 8 and features a large 29’ long balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

King sized beds in both bedrooms. Additional sleeping available on twin bunk beds and the sleeper sofa. See the water as you wake up and enjoy the beautiful sunsets each night! Visitors will enjoy clean and luxurious furnishings and upscale beach decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, cooking gadgets, cookware and serving dishes. Linens and towels provided.
(BYOBT-Bring your own beach towels).

The unit also has 2 full bathrooms, living room, large dining table, plus breakfast bar area.

Full size washer and dryer included.

The Resort amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, snack bar (in season) and several restaurants within walking distance. What a great place to stay for your vacation! FAMILIES WELCOME!

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE.

The Treasure Island Resort front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. The Treasure Island Resort’s parking policy allows for 2 vehicles. Each additional vehicle over 2 will incur a $100 parking fee if space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the TI Resort directly. Our rental group is not able to override or negotiate the parking fees. If this beautiful condo is not available for your selected dates, we do have other low, middle, and high floor condos available at Treasure Island Resort. Please inquire.

We had a wonderful time here at this condo. The condo was very clean. Beautiful beach views. Easy check in and check out procedures. Friendly staff. Definitely will be using this condo again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great stay. While the overall experience was great I can see a few areas that could use improvement. Pillows - old flat non matching and overall could use new pillowsCouch was not appealing - busted cushion at zipper that was safety pinned together. Stains. Just needed replaced. Closet with laundry and beach items was just in disarray. It’s nice having these items but maybe neatly organized. Front bathroom fan was leaking water and was missing bulb cover. Mold in master bath shower and those shower heads were pitiful. Inexpensive items like this overtime bring down the appearance of a well kept property which would keep people from repeat renting in my opinion. Balcony was nice however the rugs really aren’t necessary because they make the chairs harder to move. Door lock was hit or miss with opening but we made it work. Overall it was well cleaned (except mold in showers) which is always a plus in my book! Appreciate the two types of coffee pot options but I’d recommend one with an auto shut off option for the pot because that could be bad if accidentally left on. Loved the bed covers they were pleasant clean and perfect weight for beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. When we arrived there was evidence it had been cleaned, but there was sand in the floor and some in the beds. There was a strange smell in the master toilet room during the entire stay. We loved the quiet area, even during the week after the 4th. We would definitely return. The pool was very refreshing even when the temps were HOT!

We could not determine the unit number from the documents sent. The property personnel could not give us our unit number. It took several messages and frustration to receive the number from the management group. It was on the document, but it was not listed as the "unit" number. The property was nice and spacious, but it was not very well maintained. We swept piles of sand and "stuff" from the floor. We asked for it to be cleaned, and it was cleaned promptly. Several light bulbs were burned out, and other minor repairs need to be made. The beds were comfortable, but the furniture in the living room was not. We did not feel like we were on vacation and expected more.

The elevators were not a hassle and we loved that we could bring our dog. The condo is in a good location and was clean. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe some cleaner or broom of some kind to help with the sand. Over all great condo would stay here again.

Amazing, so much more than expected

From the moment we arrived the place, we knew, would become one of “our special places”. The view of the water was unmatched. The condo was spotless and ready to host our adventure. The furniture was so comfy, sheets and towel soft. The neighborhood was quiet and yet a major beach bar is loess than a 1/2 block away. We had a dog with us and the ease of getting to the facilities was very convenient. Overall from booking to check was…chef’s kiss perfect!

Spring Break no kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time the location and condo were amazing. The view was amazing, and the only issue would have been that the chaise lounge on the balcony was worn out, but it made for a funny memory as it fell back while sitting in it and caused a scare. Not that this could be controlled, but the weather was a little cooler than we expected. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely vacation there again and recommend this place to our friends looking for a panoramic view with a peaceful relaxing stay.

Condo was great! Only thing is AC/ Thermostat would go below 73 degrees. We as a family like it cooler than that, but I am sure on a 90degree day 73 would feel good.

Super nice condo that is very spacious. Had Plenty of items needed such as hangers, utensils, towels, etc. Upon arrival, floors could have been cleaner - gritty and left feet black. Overall it was a great condo.

Nice place to syay

My only issue with the condo was that the ac was not able to go below 72. I keep my house at 70 and that 2 degrees makes a difference.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. Comfy beds in the bedrooms. We had a 2 year old that slept on the bottom bunk. They’re fine for kids but an adult migh find the uncomfortable. We didn’t pull the couch out. There are 3 tvs. Only 2 worked. I asked the owner for help but never heard from him. The ECD people said they’d come but never showed. No biggie. All appliances worked. There’s a floor fan, which is nice. Plenty of beach and pool toys. The comforters could use a nice wash. Plenty of plates, bowls, knives, forks, and spoons. Could use some snack bag clips (I left one) and maybe a lighter for a candle. Also, I designated a drawer beside the bunks as a lost and found. There were several things left by others. The elevators were fast and since we went in September the crowd was down. Parking is convenient. Pool is soooo nice. Beach access is great. Views were amazing. I hope to return soon. Overall it was great!

Family getaway

Scheduled a little family vacation/downtime. We wanted to just get away and relax and have some family time. It was exactly that. We hung out in condo and beach. Guys enjoyed a day of deep sea fishing with Justin leake (chasin the Sun) and girls enjoyed shopping at pier park. Was exactly what we wanted. Condo was beautiful and was on the 12 th floor where we enjoyed sunsets and watching sea creatures from the balcony. We have been going to treasure island for 15 yrs and never disappoint lbs. feels like home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in staff was horrible! The host didn’t have the decency to reply to a message when we were struggling to check in. They charged for an ESA after stating before we booked that they wouldn’t! Dirty dishes were put away from cleaners. The pull out bed had not been cleaned from last visitors if not way prior, it was disgusting! Sand was in the master bed as if the comforter/sheets weren’t changed. The master bed frame is hardly standing. The resort does not provide you with more blankets-fresh sheets-trash bags-tp-soap- anything for the room to accommodate your stay. It is then asked for visitors to clean the rental, leave no dishes behind, do laundry, and take out trash before you leave. With check out at 9 am. What do we pay fees for then!? Not a slob but I do not get paid for housekeeping.
