This cozy 1100 SF home features a master bedroom with full bath,
two other bedrooms with their own full bath, and an extra twin bed in the common area. Fully equipped kitchen for complete meal preparation and dining room for six. Smart TV boasts all of your popular streaming networks, just bring your own passwords. High speed wifi and full coffee bar are complimentary. Front and rear deck have seating and overlook the spacious yard. A bbq grill and grilling utensils are also provided. No pets, no smoking (home is pet dander free).

Just far enough from town to provide a peaceful stay, but close enough to enjoy many of the race track events and numerous Wineries and Breweries along the East and West side of Seneca Lake. Most Wineries are within a 25 minute or less ride on either side you choose.

If you are attending a car club or track day event, this is the perfect location! The house is on CR 16, the same road the main gate (Gate 2) of the track is on, literally 2 minutes down the road. Our long driveway provides parking for several truck and trailer combos, which you may not find downtown.

Visit the village of Watkins Glen to experience the excellent downtown bars, eateries, and shops. Also near by is Sugar Hill State Forrest; home to miles of beautiful hiking trails, hunting, horseback riding, and snowmobiling (when we are blessed with snow). Watkins Glen is nestled on the south end of Seneca lake where kayaking, swimming, boating (plenty of room for truck and boat trailer in the driveway), and fishing are welcome. Enjoy a scenic lunch or dinner cruise along the lake aboard one of Captain Bill's elegant boats.

Guests will have access to entire house and yard. There are 2 sheds on the property that guests will not have access to.

Please Note:

1. Check out is 10am sharp. The cleaners will arrive shortly after and need ample time to thoroughly clean the house before the next guests arrive at 3pm.

2. The single and double bedrooms are on the smaller side, but cozy.

3. This home is on well water. It may be different than what you are used to at home . The water is harmless, just may not be very pleasant to drink. Therefore, we provide some bottled water. If you need more, Walmart and Tops are a short 10 minute drive away.

4. There are no stairs inside the house. However, you will have to climb 4 steps up the porch to enter the house.

5. There are two security cameras on the property, one on the front porch and one on the shed. They cannot see in the house at all. Please do not tamper with cameras in any way.

6. Smart TV has all the popular apps (Netflix, hulu, Disney Plus, etc.). You will need to bring your own passwords.

7. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought to the house without permission, the primary guest will incur a $300 fee.

8. Smoking indoors is not permitted. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, the primary guest will incur a $500 fee.
