WELCOME TO VILLA TRIO
Three little cabins. One beautiful river. Your people all in one place.
Villa Trio is our complete three-cabin property on the Calfkiller River in Sparta, Tennessee. Designed for up to six guests, it’s an ideal setup for friends, couples or family who want to be together without having to share one house.
THREE CABINS, ONE EXPERIENCE
Each studio has its own queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette, mini refrigerator, Keurig, Wi-Fi and private outdoor space.
Two cabins feature gorgeous soaking tubs, while the third has a spacious walk-in shower.
And each one has a quiet garage-style door that opens the living space onto its own expansive deck overlooking the river.
MADE FROM LOVE
This isn’t a cookie-cutter cabin compound.
We created Villa Trio to feel joyful, artistic and personal, with original artwork and hand-painted murals throughout the property.
Our niece Emilie painted the angel wings freehand. Our nephew Owen created the landscape behind Cabin Two. Our adopted niece Mack painted the heart mural behind Cabin Three.
Every cabin has its own personality.
GATHER TOGETHER
When you’re not exploring, gather around the fire pits, swing beneath the trees, relax in the hammocks or simply sit by the river.
At night, Italian lights, illuminated murals and the surrounding trees turn the property into something pretty magical.
WALK TO SPARTA
Villa Trio sits at the end of a quiet dead-end street but is only about a 10-minute walk from downtown Sparta and the White County Heritage Museum.
Grab dinner, browse local shops or use Sparta as your jumping-off point for waterfalls, hiking, kayaking and everything the Cumberland Plateau has to offer.
BRING THE PUPS
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at our properties at no additional charge. Please be kind to the next guests and pick up after them.
YOUR OWN LITTLE RIVER VILLAGE
Villa Trio isn’t about luxury for luxury’s sake.
It’s about connection.
Six people can have coffee together, then disappear into their own little cabin. You can gather around the fire, then retreat to your own deck. You can spend the day exploring and come home to the river.
Bring your favorite people. We’ll provide the river.
