The Space:
Split over two levels, this grand property exudes an ambiance that is immediately felt on arrival. The lower level of the villa has beautiful wooden floors and houses the living and dining areas. A formal lounge and dining area has plush leather couches, a marble-clad wood-burning fireplace, and an eight-seater dining table. Sliding doors open onto the manicured garden and flood the interior with natural light.

A modern kitchen features state-of-the-art amenities, including an electric oven and gas stove, a double fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a casual TV lounge with leather couches and a flat-screen television. A six-seater dining table is ideal for laid-back meals with easy access to the kitchen.

There is one bedroom on the lower level of the villa with a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a cozy private patio with outdoor seating.

A staircase leads to the upper level of the house which has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and carpeting throughout. At the top of the stairs is a casual sitting area with leather couches.

The master bedroom is spacious and light with a king-size bed (which can be converted to twin beds), an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in double shower, bathtub, double vanities, and a private sitting area with a plush couch. The master bedroom has air-conditioning and access to a shared balcony with views over Camps Bay.

The remaining three bedrooms on the top level have king-size beds bed (which can be converted to twin beds), en-suite bathrooms with showers, and access to a shared balcony with beautiful mountain and sea views.

The villa has a large swimming pool with a security fence, a manicured garden and a covered patio for outdoor dining.

Fully secure with an alarm, the villa has a double garage for two cars and off-street parking for visitors. A short walk will take you to the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and the bustling restaurants, cafés, and bars along the beachfront. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.

This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.

Lovely location, spacious villa

Overall an average stay. Cleaning still in progress when we arrived at pre-notified check in time. Lovely Camps Bay location, but for the price one would not expect a broken toilet seat (guest toilet), dirt under sofas, a dishwasher bottom drawer not sliding properly, no bar stools, no hand soap in kitchen area, no front door mat (wet feet/ shoes into house), no front deck furniture (had to carry from the back to enjoy amazing sunset views) kitchen drawers and cupboard doors malfunctioning which was very annoying. Also, the electricity was not replenished at the time of our check in which meant the power went off on a morning half our party was checking out making that process unnecessarily stressful.
