The villa has high-speed fibre broadband and excellent 5G reception; the two large smart TVs both have all the usual streaming services. There is a printer/scanner and monitor for guest use. A separate staff wing accommodates a resident housekeeper.

The master bedroom is furnished with a superking-size bed and has a dressing room, en suite bathroom and a wet-room with windows to admire the mountain views whilst showering. The large sea-facing terrace is fully private.

A third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom two single beds. The bedrooms share a large terrace leading out into the garden. A fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which can sleep four children and a terrace overlooking the garden.
