The space--
This fully renovated cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom and on-suite overlook the large back deck with a spectacular view of Lake Norman right from the king sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with new KitchenAid appliances, pots and pans, toaster, blender, Keurig and ample plates and dishes for serving the family. There is also a propane grill on the back deck off the kitchen, for all your cookout needs. The living room features hardwood floors with massive wood ceiling beams and a beautiful gas log fireplace underneath the large 70" TV. One of the sofas in the living room is a sleeper sofa with plenty of room for extra guests. There is even a cozy dog cubby underneath the stairs leading up to the primary bedroom to allow for pets to have their own cozy space as well. The second bedroom is a spacious bedroom featuring a king size bed and two spacious closets. The third bedroom is the bunk room with a twin over twin bunk with a pullout trundle underneath. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bunk room and second bedroom. This bathroom is newly updated with beautiful white subway tile adorning the walls of the shower/tub combo, a dual sink vanity and large linen closet. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a folding table and hanging rack with tons of storage. Lastly the huge back deck can be accessed from the kitchen, primary bedroom or from the sliding door off of the living room. There is an outdoor table and chairs for dining and cookouts as well as rockers, a sofa and chairs for outdoor gatherings with a beautiful view from every inch of the deck. The backyard is fully fenced to allow for guests fur babies to accompany them and join in on the fun that all the lake has to offer (please inquire for pet policy).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay including full access to the dock to spend their day out on the water.

Dogs are allowed (2 dog maximum). Non Refundable Pet Fee of $200 is required at time of booking.
