A gourmet kitchen, complete with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, allows the chef of the group to easily prepare most any type of meal. A built in 32' LED TV will keep the chef and others entertained. A breakfast nook allows early risers to enjoy relaxing views of sunrises along the eastern view of beautiful Lake Norman.

Master Suite #1 features a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, dresser/mirror, and chest of drawers, 32' LED TV, Large walk-in closet, French Doors allow lake views and access to the backyard and lake (via brick walkway), private bathroom, with double vanity, tiled shower and separate soaking bathtub.

Master Suite #2 features a queen-sized bed, a matching nightstand, dresser w/ mirror, chest of drawers, 32' LED TV, private bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi bathtub, and large shower. French Doors allow beautiful views and access to deck and lake.

Master Suite #3 features two twin-sized beds, nightstand, small dresser, two closets, 19' LED TV, spacious private bathroom with double vanity. French Doors allow beautiful views and access to deck and lake. These doors also include a two-way locking deadbolt.

A contemporary half-bath off of the main living area keeps traffic out of the master suites. The home also has a washer and dryer.

Spacious deck complete with gas grill and table with umbrella and six chairs and two other chairs provide enough to make outdoor entertaining easy.

Private dock for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Several companies offer boat rentals and will deliver to the dock.

Private community access lot for escorted launching of boats.
