Condo unit 305 is our most-desired modern third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

The manager Jaime was top notch, he was very attentive and made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. It was a gorgeous unit with everything very clean and tidy. The unit was very cozy and felt like home. We had any and all appliances and dishes that we could have ever needed. We were very comfortable just staying in and playing games and hanging out. Best girls weekend ever thanks to North Shore.

Great family getaway

We wanted a little family getaway not too far from home. This condo in traverse city was perfect. Our weather wasn’t the greatest, but the condo was clean and beautiful. I love all the updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable for our stay and we had everything we needed. We ate out and cooked at home - had all the utensils we needed. The beach access was so nice and the views were beautiful off of the balconies. We will definitely try to come back during a warmer week.

Great Winter Escape

GIRLS TRIP 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was exactly as described. It was clean, updated & had beautiful views from the balcony. We did not have a chance to get in the pool but it looked very nice & well maintained.The temperature in the upstairs bedroom was a little warm but we were able to use the fan from downstairs and made it more comfortable. The front desk was very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this rental.
