Condo unit 302 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

We were only there one night , but the room (s) were very clean and comfortable. And the view was beautiful ! Check-in was a breeze , even after we arrived after hours .

It was fine but the pullout sofa bed was too uncomfortable for even our young kids to sleep on and the upstairs bedroom was hot as a sauna. The staff was nice and the view was very pretty.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking at ways to encourage ownership to improve their condo. We will pass along the concerns about the pullout Sofa. As far as the Air conditioning goes, we have been brainstorming ideas on how to improve airflow to the upstairs of the unit. Fun little getaway

We stayed here to run the bayshore half marathon and this place was perfect. Just 3 miles from where we needed to be for the start of the race and also very clean and good to come back to, to relax

Not what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family was super excited to stay on a beach for the first time. I envisioned it to be relaxing but unfortunately the units first floor did not feel clean and the Queen bed was uncomfortable for adults to sleep on. I did not expect to have dining table chairs covered in stains and when you tried to sit and relax on the couch or chairs in the family room, they had a wet cold feeling to them. Clearly others oil/sunscreen from previous stays. I went to cook dinner and the amount of grease above the stove had collected at least a quarter inch of dust. I wiped one cabinet down and decided to not cook in the unit. This can be hazardous and I just didn’t want any of it in my food. We heard the place was booked for the weekend so we did not ask to change units. The master bedroom upstairs appeared to have been updated and the bed was very comfortable. We ended up spending all of our time, a family of four, just hanging out up there as there was a t.v./bed/chairs. Our kids loved the beach and pool. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we will not be back to this resort and will look to stay elsewhere when we get the chance again to stay on a beach.

Great experience. We've stayed there several times and have been very pleased each time. There was an issue with the upstairs toilet that was resolved the same day we reported it.

Great location, great staff

Stayed for 2 nights, will definitely return. The resort staff are friendly, the property is very well kept. Our unit was clean and exactly as soon in the pictures.

Weekend trip to the beach in Traverse City

Impromptu trip to TC during the Cherry Festival! Property was perfect for our needs. Kids loved the beach and heated pool. Close to town and all the great activities TC offers!
