The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo is located on the upper floor. You can enjoy the reassurance of safety inside the complex, with 24/7 on-site security. Inside the complex, you have access to the parking, the pool and the laundry areas.

-The condo has limited on-site parking inside the complex. There are also a limited amount of parking just outside the complex, next to the guard's office.
- All guests must familiarize themselves with the condo rules which are sent upon booking before entering the complex and must check-in with security upon arrival

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
