Conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 13 minutes from the airport, our house is close to shopping centers, golf clubs, markets, and local restaurants!

Downstairs 1st floor:

Other Things to Note:

The following are strictly prohibited and not allowed:

Parties, events, small/big get-togethers

Use of speakers of any kind and loud music playing are not allowed

Mail, packages, and visitors unless pre-approved

Smoking or vaping indoors

Pornography production or prostitution

Commercial photography, film, or videography

Flushing anything down the toilet other than toilet paper

Using the property for any purpose other than for personal accommodation



Quiet hours & max occupancy:

Per City of Henderson, ten (10) overnight guests maximum allowed, no exceptions. Quiet hours and pool usage is not allowed during:

10:00 PM - 10:00 AM (weekends)

10:00 PM- 7:00 AM (weekdays)



The City of Henderson has very strict rules regarding noise in place. Please kindly respect our neighbors. We have zero tolerance for noise or disturbances. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.



Use of any speakers is not allowed on the property. We will provide a warning for first offense. Fines and/or removal from property thereafter.



Pool & Spa Hours:

10:00AM - 10:00PM

No usage of pool and spa outside of these hours.

No screaming, shouting, or yelling.

No jumping & diving into the pool and spa.



Pool heating:

Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price.



Pool and spa heating is available upon request.



Pool heating is $75 per night ($75 x total booked nights).

This fee will apply to the entire duration of your stay.



Pool heating hours are set from 10AM to 6PM.

Spa heating hours are set from 6PM to 10PM.



Let us know if you want to heat the spa for select days or times.



Additional pool information:

The heater will turn on and shutdown automatically. We apologize in advance if there is a storm or high winds during your stay as the weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas. Please understand the pool is not dirty if it has a some debris caused by weather, however, we have scheduled weekly pool maintenance and a pool skimmer is available for your convenience. During the winter months, we cannot guarantee the pool will reach ideal temperatures as it is not covered.



Please notify us at least 48 hours before check-in for heating requests. The pool equipment is only to be operated by the host. Do not tamper with the pool equipment, you may be responsible for any damages. Pool and spa shall not be used during quiet hours.



Pet policy:

No pets under 6 months old and must be pre-approved with a $50 cleaning fee per booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, couches, beds, etc). Please pick up after your pets, you will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.



Garage parking:

Garage doors have low clearance of 6 feet. Some vehicles including trucks, SUVs, and vehicles with rooftop accessories may not clear the garage doors. Street parking is available. Please do not park directly in front of neighbors’ homes.



Other information:

Violation of house rules including but not limited to any illicit activities may result in immediate forfeiture of the property with additional fines.



We will have team members preforming scheduled weekly maintenance of the property which may include pool cleaning, landscaping, and trash.



By booking this property, you agree to accept any and all risk of personal injury, illness, death or property damage including but not limited to the on-site swimming pool and spa and hereby release VacationHomies, LLC from any liability or responsibility. In addition, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree with the house rules and all policies in place.
