Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. Entry is through the front door with a unique door code, making check-in seamless and secure—no keys required!

For parking, there are three dedicated spaces in the driveway, providing convenient and easy access to the home.

All guests must review the HOUSE RULES and confirm their understanding by completing our owner-guest rental agreement before arrival.

As required by the City of Henderson, there are 3 security cameras on the property:

1 located at the doorbell

1 located at the front of the house (facing the street)

1 located at the backyard (facing away from the house)

All cameras are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house.

Noise monitoring devices are installed in the backyard and inside the home to comply with City of Henderson regulations. These devices do not record audio, but they monitor noise levels to ensure neighborhood peace. Do not tamper with these devices.
