Granite Reef Stay

My husband and I were so happy with our stay! The house was comfortable, had all the necessities, and more. We loved spending time in the pool, playing games, grilling, and just relaxing. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Scottsdale.

Perfect Spring Training Spot

With a 7 month in tow this year this was the perfect home base for our annual spring training trip. Comfortable for really hanging out, making dinners at night, practicing putting and making smores under the stars. The home is awesome and very central to anything you would need on a vacation. We'll be back.

Oasis Indeed!

What a lovely week we had here!!! The home was exactly as described/photographed and then some. There were more than ample towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. And pool toys, games...even wood in the pool shed for the fire pit. Communication with our host was pretty much immediate and the location to Old Town Scottsdale and the freeway system was perfect. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in town.

Romantic Getaway

The Granite Reef Resort was the perfect place for my husband and I to have a little getaway. The house was comfortable and very clean. Everything was close to what we wanted to see. The hosts Joe and Britt were very friendly and helped with all the questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing and we were not bothered at all. We had the most amazing time while in Scottsdale knowing that while we were at during the day, we were coming back to a relaxing evening at a wonderful home. Thank you Joe and Britt for providing us with a great place to stay!

Spring training getaway

2 of my best friends and I came down for spring training from north idaho. The home is exactly as pictured. very clean and great location. Were close to oldtown Scottsdale where everything was happening. beds were very comfortable. The weather was a little chilly so didnt get to enjoy their beautiful pool but will plan on coming again when the weathers a little warmer. Joe was awesome! brought us putters and a new box of balls for the putting green. Will be back!

Amazing property and even better Host

This host has thought of everything! I was so impressed with the amount of items available for our use. The house was a perfect size for our 4 adults. We had an amazing stay, using the pool a lot! There is way too much to list, but trust me you will want to book your vacation here. The location was perfect - right off the expressway, 12 min to the airport, close to downtown Old Town. But what I was even more impressed about was the communication by the host. He replied immediately with answers to the questions and was super nice and friendly! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Older Neighborhood Freeway Close

We stayed here for a few nights for Spring Training Dodger games and it worked out well. Home seems to have had a freshening up inside, some newer furnishings, paint and remodeled bathrooms. Beds are comfy and rooms are well furnished and offer phone chargers. Kitchen well stocked but needs to be a bit organized. Home offers a cute coffee area which is well stocked with everything you need for coffee!! Back yard, Pool and BBQ Area are nice and well lit. Laundry is outside so its a bit cold at night. House is pet friendly and has a doggie door, which was great for our girls. Parking is tight and the street a bit challenging sometimes to back out due to curve and traffic. Over All the House worked for us.

We live in the area and are available to you for any of your needs! We enjoy sports and the outdoors and have a number of recommendations of places to go and activities in the area if you need them. The resort-style backyard is packed with amenities to give your friends or family a fun vacation you all won't forget. Enjoy the newly resurfaced pebble-tec pool at any time of the year. The cabana and daybed is perfect for your morning coffee or mimosa whichever you prefer or just to relax and take in the beautiful weather Scottsdale has to offer. The propane grill is available for you to show off your BBQ skills. You can setup the cornhole set and play or have a putt off on the putting green.

Don't forget at night to plugin the bistro lights and enjoy the amazing weather conversing fireside where we provide you fresh firewood and firestarter logs.

Grab a book and relax on the chair under the patio watching the sunrise, jump on a colorful pool float and work on your tan, or challenge yourselves to rounds of golf and yard games.

Our play pool doesn't require heating for optimal enjoyment in the springtime or fall.

Palm trees, fruit trees, and bougainvillea with the Scottsdale sunshine make this a tropical escape that everyone will love. The bistro lights add a twinkle to the backyard when the sun goes down.

From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery stores, Old Town, and some of the area's best shopping and dining venues. You're also a short drive from some of Scottsdale’s most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.

The living room has an oversized deep rustic brown-colored leather sectional couch with a separate recliner with a 65” flat-screen TV. At the end of the day friends and family can spend time together without feeling cramped or crowded.

Per the City of Scottsdale: "All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-Term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children)."

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per the City of Scottsdale ordinance. Please be courteous to the neighbors during your stay.

There is a Ring Doorbell at the Front Door of the Property next to the Smart Lock Keypad for your self-check-in.

We have pool cleaners coming to the house 2x a week to ensure the pool is kept up to our standards and ensure it's in pristine condition for you to enjoy your stay. We have a landscaper on property every other week as well. We do our best to schedule these around any stays to minimize any potential crossover.
