811 Orange Hill is located within a gated complex and is a wonderfully peaceful and tastefully decorated ground floor condominium, with a tranquil balcony offering views of the fairway of Rockley Golf & Country Club. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, both with additional ceiling fans and recently refurbished en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay including a washer dryer and dishwasher.

Within a few metres of the condo is the serene swimming pool area which has loungers, umbrellas and is for the sole use of the owners and their guests. There are also communal toilets and showers.

One guest at the condo is entitled to complimentary golf membership at the 9-hole course for the duration of their stay. Within the Country Club grounds are tennis courts. We also have a two bedroom, two bathroom condo at 532 Lemon Arbour, Rockley.

Our 2nd visit to this condo, it won't be our last. accommodation is perfect for our needs. It felt like we had a private pool. The view from our balcony over the golf course was lovely. Wonderful, quiet and clean

The condo was beautifully furnished, had a great pool, was quiet and staff were all very friendly and welcoming! It was great and would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

Couldn’t beat this location for us as we had a hire car and wanted to travel around, this was an excellent base. Even if you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around from here. So quiet and peaceful, modern clean apartment, couldn’t fault it, great value for money!

We have been to Barbados a number of times over the years, usually staying at a Hotel. This year we decided to book an extended stay over the Christmas Holidays and tried a vacation rental. Despite a delayed flight, the property manager (Lou) greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. The property had plenty of space for our family of 3 and we made good use the kitchen, washer/drier and other amenities during our stay. The grocery store (Massey) is about a 3 minute drive and has most everything you would find at home. The grounds are quite quiet, with the occasional golfer teeing off in front of the unit or the troop of monkeys that roam around at the end of the day. We rented a car for out stay, I would suggest that having transportation is a must for this location although I am sure you could arrange for taxis if you are not inclined to drive in Barbados. Our favorite beach was about a 7 minute drive and there are many of the popular restaurants in the area. The Sheraton Mall is also close by for shopping.Overall great experience.

Home From Home

We stayed here for the 1st twelve days of December.A well equipped extremely comfortable apartment which was lovely and peaceful.From being met at the beginning by Lou we immediately enjoyed our new sunny surroundings.The apartment was well equipped, very clean and a lovely view of the golf course from the porch.A private pool was nearby and for much of the time it seemed like the pool was purely for us.We are already discussing returning here next year.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have been coming to the island for over 15 years and have stayed all over Rockley Resort, but this was our first in this complex. The condo was wonderful! Lots of room, very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all your needs. Our two favourite things were the pool and the balcony. The pool was always quiet and very private and sitting on that balcony was beautiful. Watching the monkeys at night as the sun went down and being greeted with our built in wake up call, the local Rooster, just added to our vacation. Overall, we loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return.

Location within easy drive of beaches and restaurants

The two bedroom condo had everything that we needed. There was a nice quiet pool just steps away. We were happily greated by Lou to show us around upon arrival. There was some bread, milk, cheese, beer and butter in the refrigerator - which we appreciated - since we arrived on holiday and stores were closed. Nice view of golf course and two outdoor balconies. My husband took advantage of the offer for a free game of golf. It was a gated community so felt very secure and quiet. If you are driving instead of taking a cab, be sure to know exact directions and is was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived. Be sure you have the gate code prior to arrival. We would recommend this home for value, cleanliness and location. Some reasonable beach side restaurants were The Tiki Bar, Carib Beach Bar, Beachy Keen Aquatic Gap, Rascals Beach Bar, and Chill Cafe Bar & Grill. Many great beaches - worth the exploration!
