The house and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The lake was great for fishing. Overall stay was wonderful and we will be back!

Great spot to do it all.

We had a great time at this place. The fishing was great. The check in was easy. And the communication with the owner was very responsive.

This property is amazing. Very private. Very relaxing.We enjoyed coming back to this home after 2 long days of disc golf at Eagles Crossing DGC.We enjoyed the fishing. The fish are biting both spinner bait and worms. Hitting on our fly rods and regular bait caster rods. Canoe fishing on the private lake...Wonderful time.

Quiet retreat

This place is so charming. Such a pretty scenic place to stay. The house was clean and very well stocked. The host was very nice,helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. We really hope to make it back again one day.

Weekend trip

We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely home! Quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the lake! Tastefully decorated reflecting the country/lake location. Clean, well maintained home, with comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen! Deck was nice to relax on, as well as at the boat house by the lake. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful get-away location!

This is a beautiful property! It's very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space for the 6 adults we had staying there. The location is perfect to be out in the country, but close enough to town, if you need to go get something or to shop. The owners were super friendly and left us some thoughtful gifts. It was fun to have access to a paddle boat and canoes for the lake. It was perfect for our girls weekend/college roommate get-together!

Fantastic weekend getaway 1 hr. from St. Louis

Cozy farmhouse with cabin-y vibe situated on a beautiful piece of property with a lake. Comfortable beds, roomy living room, gas fireplace, gorgeous views, charming and clean. This is a place for a getaway in any season: snuggling in front of the fire in winter, watching the trees leaf out in spring, fishing or canoeing in the summer. Generous deck, lakeside boathouse, and lots of other comfy spots to hang out—indoors and outside. We'll definitely be back.

Quiet, beautiful farm

We enjoyed our stay at the farm with the private lake for 3 days. It was a secluded , roomy and felt just like home. The patio was perfect for morni g coffee and evening sunsets watching the geese fly by. We spent time here with mom for mothers day and it was perfect. It had all the necessary that we needed and quiet hustle and bustle of life thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway. We got fish while there. Yahoo

Wake turned great vacation!!

We had to be in Troy Mo for a funeral/celebration of life event. Under the best circumstances not a fun experience. Because of the Farmhouse and lake we actually had a spectacular vacation. We unplugged, spent time together as a family catching fish, riding our four wheeler that we brought with us, and sitting by a campfire. We loved it! My family and I will be back!
