Private Cabin on 90 Acres!

Kathy, Belated happy birthday — truly sorry it didn't go as planned. We're glad your dog was found safe. That said, we do ask all guests to keep pets leashed, especially in an open rural setting where any number of things can spook them. We'd like to gently point out that this review is really about a lost dog and a distant neighbor — not the cabin itself. Judging the stay through the lens of an unrelated personal emergency isn't a fair reflection of what guests typically find here. As for the noise — we're in the country. Neighbors have land, and sometimes they use it. It's definitely not a shooting range, but we'd be naive to promise total silence out here. Our listing reflects exactly what you get — a genuine, honest escape into the countryside. What we offer is space, relief from the city noise, and simplicity, and guests who come in with that understanding consistently leave happy.
