This Exclusive upscale home has a waterfront access with a private boat and dock. It has a wonderful infinity heated pool with with a wonderful lake view.

The home is fully updated and the kitchen is very modern and stocked.

This home has 5 bedroom and 4 full bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms are on suite and the house also has mountain views, hiking, shopping, near NFL stadium, and is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.

Beautiful home

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We were there with another family and the layout of the house was perfect for our needs. Great location, great house, great stay.

Great Place to stay

A wonderful place with great hosts. Has everything you need with great views. Very responsive hosts. I would highly recommend and will visit again. My family and I had an amazing time.

We chose the house to be close to our son. Great location near 101. We enjoyed walking in neighborhood, using pontoon boat, fishing & playing ping pong. I also swam & relaxed in spa watching the sunset. Very comfortable bed.

Spring Training Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, the beautiful outdoor space, boat rides, and comfortable living space. The kids adored the fishing poles and the games. We would love to return.

Great place to stay!

This house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen area, spa, pool, boat, and fire pit. No need to leave, the house is setup with all sorts of activities to keep you entertained. House is located close to walking trails, shopping, and the stadium. You won’t regret renting it!

Beautiful home with great amenities

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. We had no issues and Mike was very accessible to any needs or wants. House was clean along with the pool and spa. Boat was also a nice addition to our stay. Very relaxing and pleased about our stay.

Great stay in arrowhead lake AZ

From the time we arrived we were impressed and realized the pictures online were accurate on how the house looked and how well the property was kept up. There is literally every amenity you could possibly need at your disposal. The property owner was attentive and made sure to be available if needed. Would rate 6 stars if I could! I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can return.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of magical. We chose this beautiful location to celebrate our elopement wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. Baseball Tournament Getaway

We had a baseball tournament at the Major League facilities in Glendale and Surprise during late June. Our party included two families with one young adult per family and the house was the perfect size to accommodate us and could probably have had a couple of more kids attend as well. The property was conveniently located to the fields and a number of other activities. The house itself was amazing and had all of the amenities identified in the listing, and there were no issues with any functions of the house including access, air, pool, boat, etc. We've been to Phoenix a number of times for these tournaments, and this was by far the best location and house we have stayed at. The setting of the house on the lake and pool only enhanced the experience as it was a truly stunning location. We will return to this location for our next visit!

Needs Attention

The property itself is beautiful and communication was constantly available. Upon arriving to the area we decided to stop by the house to see what supplies would be needed before we went to the grocery store. This was around 1:30PM, there was still people in the home. They told me they were the previous guests but Mike told us they were the cleaning staff, although they were sitting in the living room feeding a baby. Either way the turn around time to properly clean the home was minimal as we were due to check in at 4PM, we went for lunch and groceries and did not arrive back until around 4:30pm. The home appeared to be clean BUT only to the naked eye. The second master with the king bed needed to have the sheets washed as they were dirty and full of a sand like substance. There was something spilled all over the kitchen counters, hair not swept up in the bathrooms...just gross! The home needs an overall cleaning, mold in wall cracks and the window in the kitchen area was just filthy!!! The hot tub would not stay full and we had to refill it every morning. There was a control panel which was sort of working but Mike came and changed that and he had to control it from a device he had. The lighting throughout the rooms were totally wonky, you could not flick a switch without either turning something on or off in another room. The rooms are quiet deceiving and very tiny, no dresser in the second master, you couldn't move around the queen size room what so ever!

WOULD NOT stay here again

The property was supposed to have heated pool during our stay, but the pool heater was broken - so we were promised a refund for the pool heating fee which we did NOT receive. They did get the pool repair man out to the house and FIXED IT but it was NOT working as it was supposed to. The hot tub had small sharp metal pieces (more than 200 of them) the were poking us and my kids in the hand / feet when we moved around. During the warm days, you can smell the stink of the arrowhead lakes, a very fishy smell. the property was NOT secure - the pool repair man can enter from the back without us letting him in - which was disturbing for the first couple of time - someone walking in the back yard..... NOT COOL. The location was great, but the house was a bit run down and we had issues with the water pressure - there is NONE and not enough hot water for 4 of us to take showers. The garage was NOT big enough for a chevy tahoe, but we managed. SAVE your money and go somewhere else. I will never go there again. My wife left a nicer review than this in the notebook on the property without my knowledge - but she is NOT as critical as me when it comes to rating people and service. I WILL NEVER go back to that property again..... also, i learned from the property manager that they CUT ties with this particular property manager due to the issues we have encountered - if that does NOT tell you anything - not sure what does. Again, save your money and go somewhere else - NOT THIS HOUSE.

Wonderful Stay!

This house exceeded our expectations! The location is great, the cleanliness was top notch, and the house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the heated pool and the relaxing spa, and had a fantastic time touring around the lake on the pontoon boat while fishing. Amazing memories were made! We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you!

Fire alarms chirped all night!

Not one, but two, fire alarms started chirping at midnight our first night so none of us got any sleep. Called property manager in the morning, and instead of profusely apologizing, asked why I didn't call sooner (at midnight?)! Next day one of the alarms started chirping at 8 pm, so we called again and maintenance came and fixed it so we weren't kept up second night. When we asked for compensation, we were told it was clearly "an unforeseen". When you go to a restaurant and receive unsatisfactory meal, they compensate. I expected that for the price point of this rental. In addition, expect to strip sheets, empty recycling and trash, run dishwasher, load towels, etc. because the check-out chore list is more involved than most. In spite of this, I must say the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained.

An amazing home with an incredible view!!

Few times are properties better than advertised, but this home was incredible! Very clean and well maintained, well stocked with dishes and linens, beautiful backyard (with concrete around the pool that doesn't get hot - middle of the day in 100+ heat and you can go barefoot), and it's beautifully decorated. The main living space is open concept with plenty of spots to eat, chat, work, and play games. AC was supercharged...at 73 we had to turn the temp higher (I have it at 68 at home). The beds were really comfortable - not too hard, not too soft. The management was extremely responsive. If I can find a reason to get back to Glendale - this is my landing spot! Thanks for a great experience.

AMAZING

Our week was absolutely amazing. The description definitely did not do the property justice. Everything was just wonderful. The boar was a huge bonus. Great for an early morning or sunset cruise. The location was definitely a bonus having dining and shopping nearby. We will defintely be back!!
