Relax in the sparkling, private pool that is heated during the cool months and cooled during the hot months, making it an enjoyable 86 degrees all year long. There are even benches under water along some of the sides making it extremely relaxing and refreshing to just sit in and enjoy the peaceful waterfall. Water floatation devices are also made available in the Patio Deck Box.

YES, you get FREE use of the electric Pontoon Boat, which is a bonus over other properties and a favorite for many. Cruise Lake Arrowhead during the day and at sunset in the 12-person pontoon boat that has a Blue Tooth compatible stereo on board. You will definitely want to take a trip during the day to see all the houses and birds in the daylight, and again at sunset for the beautiful sunsets and the houses lit up inside. The lake is shallow but there are life jackets under the seats for the large and small.

TOM S – “The canals in this area host many bird species including egrets, blue herons, cormorants, coots, ducks, and geese. They fly down the waterways and the egrets sleep in a large tree across from the house. It was awesome to see them each day.”

Enjoy bird watching or fishing from the dock or the pontoon boat. Fishing poles and gear are supplied and stored in garage. Lake is a Catch & Release and is known for some big fish!

Second fire pit on the deck off the primary bedroom. Also two fire towers for the patio table in the cooler months when sitting around the table to eat, play games, or watch TV outside.
BBQ Grill located right off the patio that also has a searing section, which is awesome to sear Sous Vide steaks.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

The kitchen has a table that seats 6 and an island that seats 2 more. The Dining Room has 6 chairs but has room for 2 more with use of folding chairs in main floor bedroom closet. Patio Table seats 6. The Dock table seats 4. A 6' folding table & Chairs are stored in upstairs closet.

The king’s primary suite with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area and breath-taking mountain and lake views has its own full bath with shower and soaking tub.
Sharing a full bath on the second floor is a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with one queen bed and one full double bed.
The fifth bed is a queen bedroom and full bath located on the main level.
The sixth bed is a comfortable Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room.
