Amazing location with private hot tub!

Cherry Grove is a unique and quaint location. Accessible only by a ferry "The Grove" offers luchest foliage, miles of endless beaches, and elevated boardwalks. Our house is only a 5 minute walk from the ferry and heart of town where you will find amazing restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, pizza, grocery, and liquor store. Take the beach chairs and umbrellas that we provide and walk 2 minutes to the beach. It is the perfect location to be away from the loud night life but close enough to walk to should you desire. Our house is a duplex, however, you have the entire upstairs to yourselves! Inside the gate you will find a large outdoor patio that is great for sunbathing and unwinding with private (non-shared) hot tub, outdoor lounge chairs, BBQ grill and an outdoor table and chairs with umbrella. When you walk in through the sliding glass door you are met with a cozy living, eat-in kitchen space, and kitchen, all with brand new flooring. In the living room is wood burning stove that can be utilized in the off season (April and May and September and October) to take the chill out. The living room has a TV with a fire stick for streaming. There is an air conditioner in this shared space for the in-season months.
The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, and all the basic cooking pots, pans, and utensils that you will need to cook. a home cooked meal. Walk into the hallway from the main area and you will find two bedrooms at opposite sides of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet with ample closet space, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom was recently furnished with a new double bed, closet with ample closet space, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The bathroom is complete with a stall shower. Bathroom towels are provided, however, don't forget to pack your own beach towels! Wifi and internet are included. Another town right next door in Fire Island is the Pines, which is easily accessible by water taxi or a LONG romantic walk on the beach.
