Welcome to Golfer's Beach Retreat! Our 3BR/2BA SPECTACULAR, spacious, beautifully decorated home with all BRAND NEW furnishings is located within the The Cottages of Gleneagles inside the gated Legends Golf Resort, with a delightful atmosphere all around it. The Cottages of Gleneagles is a BRAND-NEW community nestled in 1,300 acres surrounded with the club house pool, playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrlte Beach has to offer.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, two nightstands, large flat screen TV, vanity table with stool with a private attached bathroom featuring the large tiled standing shower with frosted glass sliding doors, double sink vanity, private toilet room with door and a HUGE walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and storage.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table and closet. The 3rd guest bedroom has a solid wood Twin over Full size Bunk Bed, dresser, bed side table with lamp and closet. These two bedrooms share the full size hallway bathroom that it located between the two bedrooms, it has a tub/shower combination, vanity sink and toilet.

FOYER ENTRANCE AREA

As you walk in the front door you will find a white solid wood oversized hall tree complete with bench seating with cushions, coat hooks and multiple slots for your shoes.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a super comfy sofa with ottoman, a over-sized chair with ottoman, two glider chairs with matching ottomans, side tables, and a flat screen TV on our beautiful TV stand. The living room opens up to the kitchen and game room. Our game room features a Pac Man Arcade game and a Foosball table.

We also have a BRAND NEW Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above the washer and dryer to hang your non dryer items.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our Beautiful fully equipped, fully stocked kitchen featuring BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances (gas stove, oven, large double sided refrigerator with a bottom slide out drawer freezer, dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. We have everything you need to create delicious meals.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 6 guests with an added plus of a breakfast bar & high back barstools complete with seating for 3 guests.

PATIO & BACKYARD

Covered Patio with table and chairs, BBQ Grill, small backyard for the kids to enjoy playing while the adults are grilling out.

LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

Guest Access:
- Keypad Entry- for convenient self check-in

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

- PARKING:
- You MUST ONLY park in the driveway. There are ONLY 2 vehicles are allowed for this property. - NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED! - NO PARKING or DRIVING IN THE LAWN! NO Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's permitted!

The Neighborhood:
Being a guest in Golfer's Beach Retreat, you get to enjoy all the Legends Golf Resort Amenities & Clubhouse. Centrally located just off Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach, the Heathland, Moorland, and Parkland courses are nestled within the Scottish-inspired Legends Golf Resort facility. Legends Golf Resort offers five of the best championship golf courses available in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding states of South Carolina and North Carolina. We are just 5 miles from all of the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all of the congestion.

At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off of US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Restaurants like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Gardern, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.

Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are super convenient to get to from the Legends Golf Resort. There is absolutely something for everyone in the family. So whether you’re a golfer, water enthusiast, or just enjoy spending a day at the beach, renting a home at Legends is just the place for you.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

- You MUST ONLY park in the driveway. There are ONLY 2 vehicles are allowed for this property.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

There will be a CHARGE for any non-washable stained or ruined linen!!

Please DO NOT USE OUR WHITE LINEN TO REMOVE MAKE-UP!!

DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Please help us keep our white linen white and avoid any DAMAGE FEES!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Perfect Place for our Family to Gather

Great place for our family to gather for the Conway regional. Bedrooms are well appointed, master bedroom was quite large and the bathroom has a great double vanity, shower and large closet with private wc. Plenty of beds in the other two bedrooms for our boys and their guests. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball and walking in the community. The owner was responsive when we made a request. We would rent here again. Thanks!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation and had a great time overall. The house looks just like the photos and had a welcoming, clean scent when we arrived. Each room had fresh towels, and check-in was easy and straightforward.That said, there were a few things worth noting. The landscaping could use a little TLC, and the floors felt sandy—likely leftover from the previous guests. While the bedrooms stayed nice and cool, the main living space was consistently warm, sitting around 78 degrees. I reached out to management, and they sent an AC technician promptly. He explained it might’ve been from unloading the car, but after several hours, it still hadn’t cooled much. It finally dropped overnight but crept back up again the next day. It may just be time for a tune-up or a slightly more powerful unit for that large space.We planned to keep it simple the first night and grill burgers and hotdogs—but the grill definitely needs replacing. The bottom was completely rusted out and it only had two settings: warm and blazing hot. We made it work, but it took some effort.We also had trouble getting the main TV working, which isn’t a big deal for us, but with four little ones, it’s helpful to have some entertainment while getting packed or prepped for outings. A new remote arrived on day three, but we checked out the next morning.The best part was the pool—it was clean, inviting, and perfect for our family to enjoy together.

Vacation was just about ruined

This booking was an absolute nightmare. Our vacation was just about ruined. I booked this property from Saturday (4/1/23) – Wednesday (4/5/23) but was only able to enjoy the use of it two of the four nights. The host stated that she would put us up in a hotel for the night Saturday 4/1/23 and refund me for that night (supposedly due to an issue with the water heater - even though this home is only 4 years old). She stated the funds would be to me by Monday (4/3/23). As of today (4/14/23) I still have no refund. Additionally, I had to spend money out of my own pocket to get a hotel room for Sunday night (4/2/23) as well because the host did not have the property ready in a timely fashion. I had to check out of the first hotel by 11:00am on Sunday morning and sat in a grocery store parking lot for over two hours waiting on her cleaning crew to clean the property (which should have been done the day prior). She kept telling me the crew was just about done, etc. by 1:30 PM, when she claimed the cleaners were at the property cleaning it up, I drove by and confirmed nobody was there. The property was completely closed up and nobody was there. I have a special needs child and realizing it was going to take much longer to actually be able to check in (after all the cleaning crew was not even there yet at 1:30 PM). I had no choice but to make other arrangements for that night. By then we were all exhausted and irritable. We did not get access to the property until Monday (4/3/23). When we were able to check in on Monday morning the property had only been surface cleaned (and done poorly at that). The stove, oven and fridge were dirty. The floors (both hardwood and carpets) were dirty (the bottom of my son’s feet were dark from walking on the floors just one night). I have pictures of all. It is really unfortunate, because the home itself is lovely and located in a really nice neighborhood but the property is not being maintained like it should be. One of the recessed lights on the front porch is actually dangling down with wires exposed. There are cob webs everywhere. Many of the exterior lights did not work and that is really a safety concern. It is just really sad because this property could really shine if it was being managed and maintained properly. The most upsetting thing is that we had no support from Vrbo over the weekend. I am shocked that there is no after hours support for travelers. Overall, just a really disappointing stay.

Incredible stay

Beautiful neighborhood.Golf trip paradise.The house was incredible, very clean and spacious.My group was just two. But the two bigger beds arevon opposite sides of the house with each havin access to their own bathroom which made it very comfortable.We ate out for every meal due to the amount of golf we played. But the full kitchen and BBQ were readily available.Ailsa Pub just up the street was fantastic.Will definitely be returning for an annual golf trip.

Graduation trip

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation in December from Coastal Carolina University. The property was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Check in was simple and owner was quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely stay here again.
