Boat ramp on Lake Conroe is across the street from this private home in a quiet small neighborhood. Neighborhood is nestled between the Sam Houston National Forest and Lake Conroe. Home is fully furnished for comfortable stay and includes high speed internet. 10 minute drive to Huntsville. Sam Houston University is 13.3 miles away and the drive to the university takes 20 minutes. Neighborhood pool open year round, closed on Thursdays for cleaning.

Weekend stay at a cabin on the lake

We had a great time and our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The place was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed.

Huntsville stay near the lake

We had a great time at this rental location. The owners were quick to respond to and address any questions that we had. Just a 20 minute drive from the main area of Huntsville's shops and restaurants.

Like being and your grandmas house!

It was in a great little neighborhood. Very peaceful. It was like the comfort of being at my grandparents. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice little get away.

The location of the little cabin was perfect for our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and we felt safe. The little house was so clean and homey. It had everything we needed and wanted. It was very comfortable.

A great little quiet place

The cottage and Tom and his wife were the best, all you need to bring is your food in your clothes. All the people were real helpful around you perfect time of the year to be there thank all of you for everything you done I'll be back 👍😁

Nice home in a beautiful location

Beautiful location just across the street from the private neighborhood boat ramp. Hosts were very good at responding to messages and also gave us a parking permit that allowed me to be able to park my truck next to the boat ramp to load and unload my kayak. Great place for a family getaway on Lake Conroe.

Peace, Quiet, & Clean

This was perfect for a cozy retreat from everyday life. You can see the lake from the front porch and the neighborhood is very peaceful tucked back in the trees. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were great with communication, too. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Relaxing getaway by the lake

The house is adorable with a front porch facing the lake and a swing to sit outside and relax. In a wooded neighborhood with lots of wooded streets for walking. Close to a boat launch and picnic area. Access to a pool which we didn’t use. Very nice little retreat and great star gazing at night.

Peaceful Lake House

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful lake house. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood between the national forest and the lake. It’s also 1/2 way between Willis and Huntsville. The neighborhood is very pet friendly and have a few docks to fish off of that is right across the street from the house. The home owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic quick getaway from Houston. We’ll definitely be back!
