Welcome to this crisp, modern, and simple two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo! Magnolia House 303 is designed to feel spacious and offers a comfortable and stylish living space, perfect for your beach getaway.
The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features a queen-size bed, and the living room holds a queen sleeper sofa for additional space for friends or family.
Included in your rental is beach service, two beach chairs and an umbrella, to ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach. You will also have access to two adult bicycles to explore the surrounding area and take in the beautiful scenery. Stroll down Gulf Shore Dr. to find the popular Norriego Point with easy access to the famous Crab Island.
The Destin Pointe community offers tennis and pickleball courts for those who enjoy outdoor activities, perfect for a friendly match with friends or family. You will also have access to three resort pools and a hot tub to relax and soak up the sun in style. When youā€™re ready to unwind, the condo provides a comfortable and serene environment to return to.

Beach chairs a mile walk

Very disappointed the chairs we could use on the beach was too far to walk. The master bath toilet ran constantly. The master bed was the loudest ever. Woke partner up every move or turn. .

One time stay

Weā€™ve stayed in many of the Magnolia House properties and this one is NOT our most recommended. Master bedroom bed just needs to be replaced. Bed frame is far too large for the room, causing anyone to clip their knee/thigh on the short footboard posts. We are both leaving today with bruises. Need a MUCH larger room to give more clearance. Also, the bed felt like it had been wrapped in plastic so even the slightest move caused both of us to wake the other just by turning over during the night. Worst vacation sleep weā€™ve ever experienced. The property can sleep up to 6 but we only had seating for 2 at a time on the balcony. There were 4 of us; it was just a bad experience that we couldnā€™t conveniently all relax (seated) to watch the sun set from the balcony. Wonā€™t be returning to this property.

In June, we rented a house in Destin Pointe with 3 other families, and loved it so much we decided to return 5 weeks later with just our family and rent in Magnolia House! What we loved: Locationā€”access to beach and gulf pass. On days when there are red or double red flags, you can get more calm and just as beautiful water at the pass... perfect for small children! The pass area is great for snorkeling or fishing too! Beach is not crowded at all and both our rentals came with chair and umbrella service. Neighborhood is clean, gated and safe with 24/7 security. . 2 really nice pools with another set to be completed soon. Bike riding, basketball court, tennis courts. Beach tram is a great service, although not available every day! You can view fireworks from your balcony, or sitting by the pool. Perfect location to many restaurants, grocery stores, water park.
