Beautiful beach vacay

Perfect location, beach, and accommodations. This property is well maintained and you could not ask for more. We have been going here for over twenty years and it never disappoints. A true vacation for all ages and absolutely beautiful.

We stayed at the Magnolia House. Our unit had been updated and was very clean. The views are gorgeous! There are 3 pools that are all accessible. The community is beautiful and very well taken care of. I loved everything about it!! Highly recommend!

Best family vacation

We will definitely be back- as we found our new favorite place to visit. Destin Pointe was an absolutely beautiful property and offered amazing amenities. We didn’t even really need to leave the property, in fact one day we stayed on the property all day and just left for dinner. definitely a little piece of paradise.

This was our first time in Destin and we couldn't have been happier with the property. Clean and spacious for our family of 4. Everything we needed. The location is out of this world. Wonderful pool for the kids (super warm) and close access to the beautiful beaches. We had such an amazing time and cannot wait to plan our next trip back! Thank you!

In a word: Excellent! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia House 308! The condo was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was well appointed. There were two smart tv's, one in the bedroom, and one in the living room and both had all the apps you could ever want. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the pool area and the view of the Gulf and Inlet was spectacular! The bedroom had a comfy king bed and the bathroom was super clean with a nice big shower with two showerheads. My wife and I had seven full days of vacation at Destin Pointe and this, by far, was our best vacation in a long time! I highly recommend this condo and Destin Pointe as a whole. You'll not be disappointed!

Perfect Location & Gorgeous Condo

It was our 1st time visiting Destin FL and this condo was perfect!! Awesome location, direct beach access, AMAZING views from the deck. Honesty the pics do not do it justice. We have officially fallen in love with Destin and will absolutely be back! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Beautiful location

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Magnolia House unit 308. It’s within walking distance to the beach and there is also a tram that will take you there as well. The view from the patio is amazing with plenty to see. We also enjoyed the gated community, which offered a total of two pools. The condo Itself was updated and immaculate on the inside. The owner thought of everything little detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully reserve the same unit. I personally would rate this condo a 10 based on our overall experience and the location.

We couldn't fault our stay in this beautiful property. Every aspect about the rental of this condo was superb. The communications from the owner, the instructions for check in and check out, and of course a well presented condo, beautifully decorated with amenities available, such as three great swimming pools, hot tubs, BBQs, and of course two incredible beaches. Everything we needed for our stay was provuded. Seeing the sun set every night from the condo was a particularly great bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Private Gated Destin Pointe Community, Guests will check in at the Guard House, and have access to all exclusive Destin Point Amenities including the 3,000 Foot of Private Community beach front, with 2 pools, hot tub, Lake Christine, a rare fresh water lake located in the dunes of the gulf coast and a duck pond, a boardwalk, the Magnolia House amenities, and free parking. and Free shuttle tram to anywhere in the community. Multiple picnic areas, grilling areas, tennis, basketball, shuttle board.

Beach Chairs are provided in the Lani area closet along with a beach buggy & cooler. Beach front chairs are available to rent from a 3rd party vendor if you don't want to bring your own. Beach towels are provided, but you will need to wash them prior to departure as this is not part of housekeeping's services. White towels are not for outdoor use. This is our Private vacation home, not a typical vacation rental
