Our Casita is cozy and tastefully decorated and feels “JUST LIKE HOME”. It is located in a peaceful new housing development and couple minutes from the main I-10 & I-303 freeways. We are also just 2-3 minutes down Thomas Rd. from Verrado. We are centrally located about 2 minutes from the new large center with Frys grocery store, mix of restaurants, little stores, etc. You can quickly and easily stock up! You will have your own private entrance with your own personalized door code while staying at The AZ Sunshine Casita so you can come and go at your own leisure. Our casita is attached to the main home which the home builder calls the “Nextgen” option. The common door between the main home and casita locks off so you have complete and total privacy. When you book to stay in the casita you will be given your own private door code to enter the home with the keyless door lock entry system. With the Cozy town of Verrado less then 5 minutes up the road. Our Casita is located just North of the freeway and it’s just PERFECT!!

25minutes from the airport/ 15 minutes from Westgate Area (STATE FARM STADIUM)/8-10 min from NASCAR, SEVERAL spring training facilities within 15 min distance/ 5-6 golf courses with-in 15 min proximity/ 20 min downtown Phoenix /40 min from downtown Scottsdale/ 1 hour 45 min from Sedona/ less then 2 hours from the gorgeous Flagstaff town/ this Casita sits 1 mile North of the l-10 freeway and 3 miles off the new 303 freeway which makes it easy to get just about anywhere in Arizona.

The living area is equipped with a 60’’ Smart TV, and comfy couch (which also pulls out into a queen size sofa couch). The bathroom is good size with a nice walk-in shower. The bedroom is large sized with a barn door entranced HUGE walk-in closet. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the closet to be able to do all your own laundry (IF YOU EVEN WANT TOO LOL).
Our Casita has a Brand New installed PRIVATE side yard area for you to enjoy the beautiful AZ evenings. Our “19th Hole” is perfect for a few practice putts. Grill some tasty dinner while enjoying a beautiful sunset. Our side yard is perfect to just relax and enjoy yourself!!
