Security camera/recording devices: There are 2 security cameras on the property: located on the hallway in the building. All devices record when motion and/or is detected and are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside the apartment, only in the hallway in the building.

★ NOISE MONITORING DEVICE★

In order to prevent parties and our neighbors from excessive noise we have a noise monitoring device on the premises. The device cannot “listen” to your conversations, only monitors the decibel level.
