Stay near MOA

Unit clean and comfortable - good location close to MOA. Very good value for the price. Communication with property manager very good, Building staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was with the building elevators - most were out of service during our stay.

Felt like home

Clean, comfortable & inviting. Nice layout/floor plan (best one yet from all the Shore Residences units I've stayed in) & nicely/tastefully decorated. The host communicated timely & accurate info & accommodated an early check-in due to my early flight arrival which was much appreciated. I enjoyed my stay & will definitely book this unit again!

Awesome place!!! Would definitely recommend it!!!

Stayed at multiple places during my 28 days of travel going to Manila, Bacolod City, and Bantayan Island, this one was by far "the best" place that my wife and I stayed in. It was also the biggest place that was really affordable! My only grievance was that we didn't book it for a longer stay! I cannot sleep when too hot so I usually kept the room very cold. Most other places had a single thin bed sheet that didn't give any comfort, but this condo had an additional thick bed sheet. Most other places didn't have a proper towel for the shower, but this condo gave us nice sized thick towels.

Better Places

Owner was commutative but overall place was okay but nowhere to store clothes, and the drain plugged which they wouldn’t fix it with anyone in the room so everyone was leaving for the mall at 4 and then never returning or following up! I guess it was miscommunication but even if it was there was no follow up! Also no trash bags and were told to just throw it in the hallway trash! So ever time you had to leave the room to throw trash! Also wifi was slow and had issues! Owner did seem to care but the one you deal with didn’t seem to at all!

We do have a caretaker who you reported every day and addressed all your issues. Wifi is really from the company issues not from the owners fault. Sink issues also was addressed and maintenance was there, he gave his phone number for your guest to call back and she never did. Hangers and cabinet- dont expect a complete house from airbnb, even a lucury hotels are limited. You are expecting a very luxury hotel w 24 hrs maintenance service . As far as we know you pay below a motel fees level to kabayan and our condo are very competitive quality. Btw your guest trashed our condo like a slam area,, we blocked our day to re paint because you lied in your booking with no children. Full of trash and all our linens and towels with chocolates. Markers in walls and furnitures! Guests like them are totally no respect!
