Welcome to our authentic, newly furnished indoor / outdoor Denver home that features 3 Bedrooms + a small bonus room through the master, 2 full Bathrooms, a 6-7 person private Hot Tub, large Firepit and an all year indoor patio with a fooseball table. The home is 4 miles to DT, very close to the Highlands and Tennyson, 20 min to Red Rocks and 1 hour to the slopes. Our home is perfect for large groups, families with kids, business groups or a couples getaway.

*NOTE: The home has 3 bedrooms with a small bonus room. This bonus room/4th bedroom has its own door for privacy, but you need to walk through the master to access*

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, our home is perfect for your large group and sleeps 12 with a HOT TUB and FIRE PIT! There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a large his and hers shower. The small bonus room accessible through the master, has a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and provides you and your friends with a great place to kick back and relax in front of a 65` Smart TV.

The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, double oven, and a 5 person breakfast table. We provide you with snacks and coffee as well! The kitchen leads to the dining room with a large, beautiful wooden dining room table with seating for 8.

Also off the kitchen is the spacious indoor covered patio with a table that has seating for 8, a foosball table and large benches perfect for the whole group to enjoy and overlook the backyard!

Outside there is something for everyone: Weber Grill, seating area and Hot Tub under the pergola as well as a large firepit and cornhole area! The backyard is fully fenced and perfect for your kids and dog(pets need prior approval) to enjoy as well!

We have a two car garage as well as a large driveway suitable for 3-4 additional cars.

We live close to the home and are always a phone call or message away to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 4 miles to Downtown.

-MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 23. If Lead guest is less than 23, the reservation will be cancelled

-Pets are allowed, but need to be approved prior to your stay. If approved, there is a $200 per pet fee. Please keep off the beds and furniture due to shedding and please pick up after your dog in the yard.

-Smoking is allowed only OUTDOORS.

The cleaning fee only covers normal cleaning of the home. Please see and follow our check out instructions prior to leaving our home. Groups that leave the home that requires extra cleaning or groups that do not follow the above house rules will be subject to additional cleaning charges/loss of security deposit.

-For parking, we have a large driveway suitable for 3-4 cars. There is NO parking allowed on the street in front of the home

-For VRBO, a signed rental agreement is required
