The huge master bedroom features multiple beds and a couch sitting area for your comfort and next door is a private bedroom with a queen size bed. Another bedroom with a queen bed is perfect for more privacy. Venture downstairs to the perfect area for kids or numerous guests with two queen beds and two sets of bunk beds.

Spend the day relaxing on the beach, with the private gated access, or at the community pool just 20 steps away, or take advantage of the other exclusive community amenities such as sand volleyball, tennis or the club house. Sunrise and sunset lovers can take in the magnificent 360-degree view from the spacious fourth level martini deck for hours of entertainment

We own and personally manage this house ourselves. We love the layout and design of the house and its surrounding area. Terra Cotta is a family friendly neighborhood and is close to the Big Kahuna’s Water Park, golf, Destin's Boardwalk, shopping centers/outlets and within walking distance to many fine restaurants.

You will be dealing directly with US, the owner, and not a property management company. You definitely won’t get better customer service anywhere!

- THIRD FLOOR: There are three separate bedrooms on this floor plus an adjacent bonus sleeping area connected to the master.

* Bonus sleeping area - we added a queen and a day bed to accommodate additional people if needed.
