Feel free to keep the AC temp as low as 68 and the heat temp as high as 72. The loft is not an area provided for guest use.
The shower has a curtain as we are awaiting glass installation. Be aware of water that escapes during use and place bathmats nearby to keep floor dry.
You are in the country. We have lots of different critters. Be aware of where you step. If you are outside in the dark, utilize provided flashlights.

Great getaway

Was a great stay. Cozy, clean, and well appointed cabin. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area with a fire pit. Also the fishing pond had some nice hungry bass. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the little house. It was back off the road, very peaceful. The porch was a great place to sit in the mornings with a cup off coffee. In the evenings you could watch the cows cross in front of the house. It was a great stay.

Great little cabin

This place is exactly as pictured, Wendell and Amy are super hosts that quickly responded to our questions and guided us about the place, the cabin is super clean and tidy, well equipped for your needs and the bed is super comfy. We want to go back.

Just what I needed.

The location to the venue I was using was perfect, the lodging was clean, and the AC was magnificent! It was exactly what I needed for the weekend. I would definitely return, and I highly recommend you give them a try if you are in the area. It would also be a nice relaxing getaway if you are from Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, or any of the surrounding cities.

Nice and Quiet - - Nice and Clean

We really liked it. The place is small, but cute. The host has done a great job thinking of all the little things you might need and efficiently found a way to get it all in this tiny home. We loved the quiet and enjoyed the walking trails. Great communications from the host.

Cozy tiny house

We had a great stay at the tiny house. Everything is as described in the listing and there are plenty of space outdoor to walk around. The host was welcoming and communicative. We had a pleasant chat about what they are working on at the farm. Would come back again!

Best VRBO ever!

We have stayed at a bunch of VRBO’s and this tiny house was the BEST hands down! EXTREMELY clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. No issues at all. We hope to stay here again someday! Thank you for doing it right.

Love this tiny house!

This is the perfect place to get away from it all, to relax and recharge. The property is beautiful, and I really enjoyed walking the trails, seeing the cows, and watching the sunsets at the barn. The house is cozy and perfectly appointed with all the amenities you will need. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Will definitely go back. Thank you Wendell and Amy for the perfect vacation!

Adorable, thoughtful, perfect!

This may be our fav getaway cabin we’ve ever been to. The little cabin was perfectly efficient and we kept thinking “we could actually live like this”. All the details were so well thought out including drinks in the fridge, snacks, all amenities we could want in such a small space! 10/10 will recommend to others!

Absolutely gorgeous property!!

We flew into town for a funeral so it was super last minute trip but the property managers were absolutely amazing and even let us check in a couple hours early! We loved the tiny house and everything in it. We loved looking at the amazing views, the cows and everything else there. The property actually ended up being like 1/2 a mile from my families house and that made it even better for spending the most time we could with them. We will 110% be back! ❤️

Tiny House

Fantastic communication with Wendell & Amy regarding your stay at Tiny House on the Farm. Everything is just as described from the listing. The layout of the tiny house doesn’t fell like it’s small and it’s a great place to relax and unwind. There is another home on the property so you are not alone in the country and you feel safe. Definitely recommend this tiny house to other guests.

Perfect getaway

This tiny home is a wonderful experience. The hosts are very friends and accommodating and the tiny home itself is well-stocked with all of the creature comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. The trails on the property are nice to walk in the evening and the view of the sunset from the barn area is spectacular. The bed in the home is extremely comfortable! The AC had no trouble keeping up, even in 110 degree heat. The property and the home are very beautiful. I look forward to coming back again soon in the fall or winter!
