Guests will have access to two workspaces and can enjoy high-speed WiFi thanks to multiple WiFi access points installed throughout the property. Brand new GE washer and dryer, as well as kitchen appliances, have been provided for your comfort.

There's a 65" flat-screen TV in the living room—equipped with all your favorite streaming apps—and a bar by the kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. In the dining room, there's seating for up to six guests on the dining room table and up to two on the island.

The first two bedrooms are located in the front of the home by the living and dining rooms, while the last two bedrooms are located in the back of the house by the doors that lead to the pool and back patio.

Both bathrooms are equipped with standing showers, single or double vanities, and extra storage space.

Everything about this property has been designed for playing and relaxing in the desert sun. Mediterranean-inspired architecture meets private resort-style living with a heated in-ground saltwater pool and spa, six chaise lounges, and comfortable seating areas in multiple outdoor living areas (two covered).

There are also two fire pits and an outdoor kitchen that features al fresco dining for up to 4 people, an outdoor sink and meal prep area, and a gas BBQ grill, plus plenty of seating throughout the yard, giving you and your group plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Add sweeping valley and Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountain views and you have a vacation paradise perfect for relaxing and entertaining!

☀ Other things to note ☀

From October through May, pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day and must be requested at least 24 hours before swimming. There is no jumping in the pool allowed and all guests must acknowledge and sign a waiver of liability. The property is located in Thousand Palms, with occasional strong wind and dust noted.

Outdoor music is permitted but we please ask that you kindly respect our neighbors and ensure that the music is inaudible past the driveway gate. Please note there is no loud music at night or parties with more than 8 people permitted on the property at all times.
