We wish we had known about these maintenance items during your stay as we have a dedicated team available to assist with anything needed. We’re especially sorry about the flooring and runners creating a safety concern for your sister. We’ll be addressing these items with our maintenance team, along with the flooring, balcony light, and terrace. We do not supply beach equipment as an amenity, and include this information in the guestbook that is sent prior to check in so our guests are informed on what is included in the rental.
