One of Folly's Best! This one-bedroom oceanfront condo is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. The cozy unit is tastefully decorated, boasting hardwood floors and a compact modern kitchen. No matter your pleasure this is a great location for relaxing on the front porch drinking your morning coffee or sitting back with a cool beverage while taking in the amazing view of the beach right outside your door. When night falls stargazing is a must! This condo is located at one of the only sections of the beach that provides a lifeguard during the summer season. If you enjoy fishing the pier is located less than a block away. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from the washer/dryer as soon as possible. Please note that there is not an elevator and the balcony is non-private. 2 Delightful allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. 1 reserved parking space is included with the rental. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC000635. Because of the potential for fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

This was the perfect spot for a quick beach getaway for my husband and i. The location was perfect. Having the private entrance to the beach was so convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great Location / Okay Condo

We’ve stayed in Folly Beach before. The location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach and within easy walking distance of everything in Folly Beach. The condo unit has 2 window A/C units, which is definitely not ideal. My phone and laptop couldn’t locate the WiFi and my wife’s phone kept disconnecting and had a very slow connection.

Overall, Location and Views ***** It was a great place to stay with the location being the number one reason. My only reason for 4 Star not 5 Star is based on experience vs. price. Considering I went up a few hundred a night after Reservation Fee, Taxes and Service fees. This was not a 5 star place considering the overall cost. Even though it was over the 4th of July weekend and prices are expected higher. It was still a great place and vacation. Pros: As stated, the Location was the best part of this stay. Right on the beach and only a block from the Pier and main road and easy walk anywhere you need. Plenty of shops and places to get food or supplies nearby. The views from the room where perfect and sitting on the porch with a morning coffee was a must. There are lifeguards and Umbrella rentals on the beach apx 9-5 every day. You can still use it other times but just adds additional comfort and security. All the amenities you need, Bed was very comfortable. Pet Friendly, lots of guests had pets. We did not but it was clean enough we could not tell they ever stayed in our room. Everyone who had pets had no issues and luckily no barking. Steps: Lots of steps, first floor is already a flight of steps up (16 steps). So, each floor is an additional flight. No other way up. Was not an issue but the wife would not have appreciated the 3rd floor. Overall, it was a great relaxing vacation and worth it. The tenant rep Holly stopped by to check on us which was nice touch. Great location

This property was wonderful! Are only two complaints are probably more due to our age. As we are 65. It would have been nice to have chains to reach fans and lights and adjust fan speed. Also, the high top table and chairs were horrible to sit at, eat at play cards at. Would work except standing at a bar.

Making the best of conditions

Upon arrival we heard and saw heavy construction equipment directly on the beach obstructing the ocean view and beachfront property we paid for. Needless to say we were very upset. The condo itself is older and very worn but comfortable and the location can't be beat. What we booked this place for was the ability to walk right out onto the beach. We did not have that. We had to walk out on the street and walk three blocks down to enter the beach at the Pulic access entrance. If I had known this I could have saved a lot of money and booked a room across the street. I would'nt have had to walk as far to the beach and would'nt have heard the noise of heavy equipment 24/7!! YES!! All night and day!! Everyone we talked to in the other units were upset as well. I asked the management company for a discount or to be moved to a different location but nothing, Lesson learned, I signed the rental agreement that stated possible beach renourishment from March-August. Thats an understatement. Also, it stated in the listing that the pictures posted were current so book with confidence, false!! I will always know now to ask questions!! Never had this problem before Ever!!

Perfect last minute get away with my daughter and her dog 🐶

My daughter, 26 and a doctoral student, her dog and myself decided on a last minute get away to the beach for some much needed down time to relax on the ocean. The ocean view from the condo was perfect. The condo was clean, which was a must. We enjoy cooking and they had absolutely everything needed for cooking and baking. We were impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked. Communication with rental property was also impressive at every stage of the rental process from booking to checking out. We felt safe and I was very pleased with parking. Location to restaurants and shopping was all with in walking distance. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back!

Great beach front condo

Clean and well-equipped, this condo was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. Right on the beach with easy access, walkable to the pier as well as to shops and restaurants. We would enjoy a longer stay here.

Beach Getaway

Clean, cozy condo. Extremely comfortable bed. Super close beach access. Great ocean view. Appreciate the dog baby gate. Our only complaint was not being aware beforehand that there would be so many stairs. It was a bit challenging getting our dogs up and down. Overall a great place to stay. Friendly, welcoming gifts, and fast responses from Follys Best. It would be ideal if check in and check out times were reversed, haha. (I selected low on contact with property manager since we never spoke to Greg directly?)

Very disappointed in our stay here. The one star is for the good location and view. I have never left a negative review for a rental property until today. We arrived with the temperature in the condo to be 79° when it was set for 72°. Our first 24 hours in this unit we had no air conditioning and it stayed between 80 to 81°. In hindsight, I see this is a common issue in reviews dating back to 2022. The maintenance team came out several times and offered a temporary fix but within an hour of them leaving the temperature was back up into the high 70s to 80s. They eventually provided one window unit which they installed in the living room, where our child was staying but our bedroom remained hot for the remainder of the stay. Long story short, we asked for a refund of our first night because we had no air conditioning at all and it was miserable. We were denied that because the maintenance team told the property management company that we had the unit off and the doors open each time they came, implying that it was our fault. This was 100% false. We had the unit off only once when they came the first time because it was blowing hot air and was 81° in the condo. Each time they came after that we had the unit on to demonstrate to them that the AC was blowing warm air. So it’s our word against theirs and they sided with the maintenance team. Whatever you do, I would caution you to avoid this condo and please look for one of the other hundreds of units to stay in on Folly Beach.

Weekend Getaway

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We normally rent a house further down the beach when we visit Folly. The condo is in a much busier area and the people were loud even at 2am, which woke us up. Otherwise no complaints!

Great place for a getaway!

Nice comfy, clean place in a great location. Pictures did not do the unit justice. It was way bigger than expected and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. View of the ocean was lovely and access to the beach was easy. Definitely would stay here again. Close to all amenities in town too!
