Welcome to “Livin’ the Dream”! Nestled beneath the palms on the lakeside of the Resort, 2448 Bungalo Lane features a spacious floor plan, designer décor, plush furnishings and an oversized screened-in porch with an extended back patio overlooking the backyard! Our beautifully appointed beach bungalow offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is conveniently located across the street from the pool and neighborhood putting green, and a few minutes golf cart ride to the beach! Two golf carts are included at no additional charge.

Our thoughtfully designed home offers the largest floor plan at Bungalos and a carport. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, an open concept living area, a guest “bunk room”, a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo, a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a screened porch with sectional seating. The remodeled custom kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. It is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. Guests may eat at the kitchen island with seating for four, or gather around the dining table with seating for eight. Our updated kitchen and dining area overlooks the living room and makes it easy to enjoy the company of family and friends while cooking your favorite meal. The living area features plush furnishings, an HDTV and access to a screened porch. The master suite is located directly off the living area and is designed with a king bed, an HDTV and an ensuite master bath featuring dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The “bunk room” is located near the front entry and is furnished with a bunk bed (Twin over Twin).

Upstairs accommodations include a guest bedroom furnished with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds and is convenient to the hallway bath with a walk-in shower. The upstairs king suite offers a cozy king bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. There is also an upstairs bonus room with a sofa, lounge chairs, games, an HDTV and more! For your convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet is complimentary. Two golf carts are included at no additional charge.

In addition to the amenities at 2448 Bungalo Lane, guests can experience all the fun activities and exciting entertainment available throughout the Resort! From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at The Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. With emerald green waters and white sand beaches just a short golf cart ride away, good times are here at 2448 Bungalo Lane!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
