Our spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa is nestled among the palms, just a short golf cart ride from the pristine white sand beaches and shimmering emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully remodeled beach retreat offers a screened-in back porch, golf course views, a furnished balcony, two golf carts (6-seater and 4-seater), and convenience to the Villa Lago neighborhood swimming pool as well as the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

In addition to its prime location, our beautifully decorated villa offers an open-concept floorplan and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The spacious dining area offers seating for six, with additional bar seating for four. The carefully curated living area is designed with relaxation in mind, offering plush seating, a brand new 85-inch television, and access to the screened-in patio—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the stunning golf course views. Just outside the patio you’ll find a propane grill, making it easy to take mealtime outdoors and enjoy a laid-back cookout with family and friends.

The primary suite is furnished with a luxurious king bed and features access to a private balcony overlooking the golf course, along with an ensuite bathroom that boasts an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Downstairs, the first guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall. Upstairs, the second guest bedroom is designed with families in mind and features cozy queen-over-queen bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third guest suite, also located upstairs, is furnished with a king bed and features a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

For guests’ convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. Guests may park in the one car garage or in the driveway.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, take a leisurely stroll or hop in your golf cart and make your way to the Village of Baytowne Wharf—just half a mile from the villa. This vibrant outdoor destination offers a unique experience for all ages, blending shopping, dining, and entertainment in a charming waterfront setting. Guests can also enjoy shopping and dining at the nearby Grand Boulevard shopping center, an open-air community center featuring popular retailers like Anthropologie, Lululemon, and Vineyard Vines, along with a great mix of local boutiques and top-rated restaurants. And with some of the Emerald Coast’s most beautiful beaches just a short golf cart ride away, there’s no shortage of fun to be had at 1871 Villa Lago!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
