Hi Kim, Thanks for your feedback. We previously had a tub mat, but some guests preferred using the tub without one, so we decided to remove it. We haven’t received any concerns about slipperiness until now, but we’re sorry to hear it was an issue for you.

Hi Kimberly, Thanks for your feedback. We have provided an additional TV to the master bedroom. We have also replaced our mattresses and provided toppers of different degrees of softness to cater for our wide range of guests.

A few clarifications that may help future guests: 1. Accuracy of the listing: We don’t use false advertising—our photos show every room and layout, including that there are no TVs in the bedrooms. We actually keep a TV in the primary suite (even though the photos don’t show one) as a small under-promise/over-deliver touch. Of course the living room has a TV as well. 2. Decor & furnishings: Style and comfort can be subjective, but we appreciate your perspective. We’ll re-evaluate living room side tables/lamps and seating comfort to see where we can enhance usability without clutter. 3. Kitchen supplies: We stock a standard set for everyday cooking, but your note on bakeware and larger mixing/serving bowls is helpful. We’re adding those items to the inventory. 4. Wi-Fi equipment placement: The router is positioned where the signal tests strongest throughout the home. It’s been in that location for over two years with good results. 5. Filters & basic upkeep: We replace filters monthly and confirmed this during your stay. 6. Housekeeping & linens: This is the first time we’ve received concerns about organization/cleaning. Our cleaning team has taken note nonetheless. 7. Ants: We maintain a monthly professional pest service and were surprised by the report. We acted immediately and resolved the issue during your stay at no cost. Our pest provider noted open candies/sweets (which happened during your stay) found in the closet and yard, which—especially in Texas summer—can attract ants quickly. We’ll add a friendly reminder in our house manual about sealing sweets and disposing of food waste promptly to help prevent this for everyone. We’re glad you found the location convenient and that we responded promptly. While we’re disappointed we didn’t earn a “would stay again,” we’re grateful for the specifics—you’ve helped us make targeted improvements for future guests.
